Moberly is a small town in the Ozarks of Missouri. The population was 7,821 at the 2010 census. It is part of the St. Louis metropolitan area. Moberly is located on Raccoon Creek and has a large cotton plantation cemetery. The first Europeans to visit Moberly were French traders in 1673-4 when they stopped along the creek for water supplies south of present day Springfield, Missouri. They named this creek Raccoon because one of their trading posts was on Raccoon Creek. In 1810, German fur traders called by name of Adam Weishaupt built a Mission Station at what is now known as Weishaupt Park in Moberly Township while they were exploring the lower Missouri River region for new lands to settle and trade with various Native American groups including the Osage Indians and the Shawnee Indians who lived near modern-day Kansas City, MO and St. Louis, MO respectively. Weishaupt's mission station was destroyed by Indians in 1812 but his successors continued to build missions until 1830 when all but one (Rocky Mount) were abandoned due to Indian hostilities following General Andrew Jackson's Invasion of India which began in 1784 as part of his drive for western expansionism under US President George Washington during what became known as The War of 1812

There are many different types of small batch coffee, from espresso to roasts. Here we will focus on the espresso makers, as this is where the history of smallbatch coffee really starts. The first espresso machines were built in the early 1800s by Giovanni Battista Bormioli and Carlo Burini for use in their biancherie (brewery) near Florence. These early machines used water heated over an open flame to produce ground coffee which was then served throughout the city. In 1876, Luigi Bezzera founded La Strada delle Donne in Rome with his brother Guido Bezzera. This business produced a unique blend of Italian roast and French press coffees that became well known throughout Europe. In 1888, Luigi Bezzera passed his business onto his son Alessandro who continued production until it closed in 1966. In 1892 Angelo Frigerio founded Frigerio Coffee in Florence, Italy. This company produces two types of espresso- one with a bold flavor and another more subtle type called "bianco". The Frigerios also produce milk based drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes which remain popular to this day. Alessandro Frigerio also started up Caffè L’Osservatore in Milan in 1898 which became one of the most prestigious cafes in Italy for its roasted specialty coffees including Lungotevere DOC 100% Arabica beans made by Alessandro Frigerio himself. In 1911 Antonio Negri founded Negri Coffee & Cafe(later renamed Nespresso) in Rome with his brother Giuliano Negri Sr.. This company produces both drip coffee and capsule filters - both very popular among hardcore caffeine junkies today! In 1969 Salvatore Ferragamo opened their first store exclusively selling Italian roasted beans from their own farm located just outside of Bologna – making them one of the earliest commercial distributors of smallbatch coffee worldwide! Today they still operate a small farm near Bologna making fresh baguettes every morning!

Today, the town is little more than a small community with few residents remaining and a limited number of businesses catering to its needs.
Moberly was founded in 1836 by surveyors William and Jesse Moberly. It became a town in 1871 when it was organized as a township. The population of the town increased to 1,500 in 1900 and 3,000 in 1910. In 1920, the name of the town was changed to Moberly Heights after its highest point on the banks of the Missouri River.
