Over time, many different people have owned and operated the coffee shop in Gladstone, most notably: Clarence Kapp (1929-2002), Mrs. Betty Griggs (1930-2003), Harry Hope (1927-2007), and Ray Kurzweil (1968-present). Over time, many different types of coffee have been served at the shop including Italian roast, Dutch roast, Brazilian roast, Turkish Coffee, Americano beans, Kenyan beans, and Latte Artisanos. In recent years, local businesses have taken up space inside or outside of the store on North Main Street between Third Avenue and Fourth Street where customers can buy their morning caffeine fix from multiple vendors simultaneously without having to leave their comfortable seats at home!
