The Artisan Coffee Company was started by two incredible individuals- Bruce Peterson and Don Freeman. They were both passionate about coffee and wanted to create something special with their own style of roasted beans. They first did temperature cycling with some of their older beans from when they were starting out in 1997-1998. Bruce Peterson passed away in 2017 but his legacy will live on through his company The Artisan Coffee Company. Their mission is to provide quality roasted coffee at an affordable price point for everyone including those who are new to the hobby or those who don’t have a lot of money to spend on good quality caffeine drinks!
