There have been coffee beans grown in Roseville, MN for over a hundred years. The first documented purchase of coffee beans from the area came in 1852 when J.M. Black purchased some beans from Adair and Post in order to roast them himself. By 1912, the town had a small grocery with four locations and three roasters, all of whom roasted their own coffee. In 1951, the first organic farm was established in central Minnesota by Mr. & Mrs. Donelson and they began to grow their own coffee beans as well as sell whole bean products through their store. In 1984, the Donelsons passed away and their son took over running the business until his death in 2003; during this time, the business continued to operate as an organic farm family-owned and operated business until it was acquired by Bob's Coffee Joints LLC in 2018. Since its establishment, Bob's Coffee Joints LLC has been responsible for growing and processing more than two million pounds of coffeebeans each year for local retailers across Minnesota including Target Field (Twin Cities), First National Bank Stadium (St Paul), Overbrook Market ( Minneapolis), Hennepin County Government Center (Minneapolis) and more! Roseville is a town in Hennepin County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 10,912 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area. Roseville was founded in 1858 as a post office on theMissoula River. The town was named after Alfred Rose, who donated land for the town and served as its first mayor. The city of Roseville was incorporated on November 2, 1912. The city boundaries were amended to encompass portions of Bloomington on November 3, 1928 and Maynard on November 5, 1951; these annexations made it possible for Roseville to have a two-citystatus while still remaining within Hennepin County. On January 1, 1957, all of Hennepin County excepting Ramsey County became an unincorporated area within Roseville boundaries when the cities merged into one entity known as Ramsey City Incorporated. On July 17, 1980 an act entitled "An Act To Regulate Traffic In And Around The City Of Ramsey" (Public Law 96-381) became effective and amended Section 8 of Township Code §2 which prohibited streets within Ramsey City from being called " avenues", ". . . or any other name which shall be given by ordinance to Streets Not Carried Out In Accordance With This Statute." Sections 9 through 11 were repealed by this act with immediate effect due to their inconsistency with that section8 prohibition which applied only to streets within Ramsey City limits; however sections 12 through 15 remain in full force and effect today because they pertain to vehicular traffic only within city limits not also including suburbs or rural areas adjacent thereto eastwardly located either side of Highway 6 just inside city limits between present day Avenue E (west side) and north line thereof Today's ordinances keep pace with changes in highway designation; that is streets are now designated alphabetically rather than numerically beginning with street number 1 across all areas annexed since 1978 despite that fact that avenue designation continued herein until 1987 when it was changed back to numerically starting at street number 1 in accordance with state route designation regulations then current

The first European to visit what is now Roseville was Pierre Le Moyne on July 4, 1805 when he landed his ship "Iphigenie" there after a seven-month journey from Canada. The town was platted on August 21, 1851 when J.C. Carpenter organized the town of Roseville as a township under the name of Bloomington Township east of Maple Grove Road and south of Williams Creek Road (now Interstate 94). On December 12, 1865, an act of Congress designated Roseville as the county seat for Ramsey County with Bloomington becoming its second courthouse after Pultneytown had been destroyed during the American Civil War. In 1906, Portland Minerals & Coal Company discovered coal reserves near present day Roseville and started developing them into a mine called White Sands which would become one of the most significant mines in Minnesota history; however this mine never opened because it ran into financial difficulties shortly before World War II began and closed down completely in 1951). However not all bad luck befell White Sands Mine as some people who worked there later became very successful businessmen including William Ladd who founded Ladd Paper Products which still headquartered in RoseVILLE today and served throughout rural MN until 1984. A new high school was built in 1959 replacing old Hillcrest School which sat unused for many years until it finally caught fire due to an electrical problem on May 1st 2006 KARE 11 announced they were going to tear down old school property but quickly retracted their decision when parents expressed concerns about safety issues with recent renovations done at current school - such as adding metal detectors to entrances!
