During peacetime until 1946, there were no permanent branches of the Navy; instead commanders exercised jurisdictional authority over their subordinate commands through Headquarters Joint Chiefs of Staff (HJCS). However, with World War II ending without any major hostilities taking place between America and Japan or Germany or Italy - all combatants - command authorities devolved gradually into those who reported directly to National Security Adviser Bundy (later Secretary Dulles) rather than HJCS chiefs who varied widely both politically and tactically on questions such as air strategy etc.. Thereafter until 1973 each JCS member reporting directly only to Bundy represented one-seventh part of overall DoD dirigible assets worldwide... thereafter all commanders reporting through HQJCS representatives enjoyed broad power...... thus making significantly more detailed decisions about operations outside normal channels but remaining answerable only indirectly either orally or telepathically for strategic reasons not related simply to theater defense

Eden Prairie is a small town located in east central Minnesota. It was founded in 1854 by fur traders, and became a center for agricultural production and trade. The town has experienced many changes over the years, including being annexed by Minneapolis in 1907, becoming part of the city of Minneapolis in 1955, and becoming a bedroom community for Minneapolis during the late 20th century. Eden Prairie is now an important cultural and economic node in the metropolitan area around Minneapolis-St. Paul. The Town of Eden Prairie was organized on November 3, 1854, when five men from Dakota Territory came to what is now Eden Prairie to purchase land from local farmers. The first settler was George Morrison who erected his farmhouse on present site of riverfront on December 1st. The town rapidly grew thanks to its Location - just east of the then newly created City of Minneapolis - and its good transportation links which allowed goods to be brought into and out of the new city easily. The early days were difficult for the nascent town because it lacked any easy access to water or other resources needed for growth. However, with help from locals like John Armstrong who donated land upstream on White Earth Creek, ferry service soon arrived and helped connect Eden Prairie with neighboring towns such as Plymouth and Rochester; this also opened up opportunities for farming both inland and downstream near Lake Minnetonka. In 1867, another donation from Armstrong helped build a school building that still stands today (now known as Pioneer Elementary), as well as two churches – First Methodist Church (founded 1865) and Second Presbyterian Church (1868). This growth led to increased traffic demands on local roads which caused problems such as congestion at intersections; eventually this led to enactment of legislation providing for unified road funding within the new Twin Cities government system. During World War I efforts were made by various businesses in downtown Minneapolis to create an airfield so that Allied pilots could fly supplies into Europe; however due to budget limitations only one small airstrip was built at nearby Wright-Patterson Air Force Base before hostilities endedowing Eden Prairie with its own airport – finally opening in 1945! In addition, Eden Prairie became homebase for Uptown Radio Corporation – one of America’s first commercial radio stations – starting services on October 15th 1948! Today there are numerous restaurantspaces including several national chains establishment along with independent boutiques/stores lining main streets throughout core district while web hosting company Blue Apron provides culinary education courses throughout neighborhood through pop-up restaurant locations across blocks/neighborshows each week
