Eagan, Minnesota is a city in the U.S. state of Minnesota and the county seat of Ramsey County. The population was 651 at the 2000 census. As of 2019, the estimated population was 753.[1] It is located in northwesternMinnesota on Interstate 94 and just south of Minneapolis along Hennepin County's border with Dakota Territory. This victory signals not only significant progress but also provides important legal precedent for future anti-discrimination ordinances throughout Ramsey County!
