When asked about his selection as the recipient of this prestigious award, Hunter said: "I am honoured to have received this award – it means a lot to me." Despite being such a long time away from home (he lives in Toronto), Hunter always makes sure to keep in touch with his local POA members through online chat and other forms of communication. He also attends numerous events throughout the year where he can share his experiences with fellow officers and give back to the community in some way. In total, Hunter has made more than 100 contributions to various programs within the POA since joining its ranks in 2003. This dedication shows not only on an individual level but also within organizations that Hunter belongs to – his work speaks for itself!

Brooklyn Center is a city in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The population was 5,813 at the 2010 census. Brooklyn Center is located in south-central Minnesota, just south of Minneapolis and east of St. Anthony Falls. It straddles the border between Hennepin County and Ramsey County on the west side and Brooklyn Township on the east side. The neighborhood that today called Brooklyn Center was first settled by Norwegian farmers in 1854 who named it after their homeland, Bjørgvin (Brahamn) in Buskerud county, Norway. The area around present-day Brooklyn Centre was first settled by English farmers in 1856, when they bought land from the Norwegians for $1 per acre. The name change to Brooklyn Centre occurred because of its location near two major railroads: the Minneapolis-St Paul Railway Company's line running northwest to northeast through downtown Minneapolis and then southeast to nearby Brooklyn, New York City; and also becauseBrooklyn Heights had been part of what was then St Cloud Township but had been annexed into Ramsey County by county commissioners in 1855 as part of a larger consolidation movement across rural counties during this period known as "the Great Northern Famine." Brooklyn Center began developing rapidly after World War II when many new homes were built for military veterans returning home from service overseas who could not find housing elsewhere due to wartime restrictions on housing developments within range of services such as schools or churches. In 1968, developers Davenport Incorporated and Atlantic Realty Corporation developed what is now Park Place into one large mixed-use development with retail, office space, a hotel and other amenities overlooking Interstate 94 outside town limits on both sides of Highway 169/University Avenue NW which at that time functioned as either an expressway or divided highway serving Twin Cities suburbs north and south of the city center while also providing access to I-94 from town limits on one side only so motorists could bypass it without entering town limit proper if they desired while drivers exiting I-94 via University Avenue would have had to merge onto 169/Avenue NW which served as an expressway terminating at downtown Minneapolis before continuing northeast towards interstate exit 55 before turning northwest onto University Avenue NE which formed an interchange with I-494 leading outbound from downtown Minneapolis). In 2000 developer Joe Geddes redeveloped Park Place into One hundred fifty units including 22 loft apartments which he designed himself using his own architectural style popularized during the late 20th century by architects like Leonard Bernstein & Associates LLP whose buildings are still popular throughout much of North America although some have been replaced by more contemporary properties over time including Geddes' One Hundred Fifty units which include 22 Loft Units One issue unique to this borough is that there are no streets named " avenue ", instead every street name begins with a letter starting with A - Street AverieRoad avenues run concurrently through most areas making it difficult for residents unfamiliar with their surroundings which can lead them wandered off path easily confused for streets names different than those given to them locally
