The Army was first organized in Minnesota on November 11, 1862. The unit was known as the First Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment. It was the first African American regiment to serve in the Union army. On December 12, 1862, the regiment merged with the Fourth Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment to form the Sixth Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment. On January 1, 1863, this regiment merged with the NinthMinnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment to form the Eighth Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment. In 1864, these units were redesignated asthe Seventh and EighthMinnesota National Guard Regiments and assigned to duty in central Minnesota. In 1865, these units were redesignated asthe Seventh and EighthWisconsin National Guard Regiments and assigned to duty in eastern Wisconsin. In 1868-69, these regiments fought at Vicksburg during the American Civil War. In 1870-71 they served at Gadsden for a time before returning home for good in 1872. On July 15, 1942, President Franklin D. Roosevelt signed into law legislation providing for Negro service members in World War II from newly acquired possessions of Great Britain and other countries who had participated in or were about to participate in hostilities against Nazi Germany or Japanese militarism (Iwo Jima being one such territory). This legislation also allowed black soldiers of Nordic descent who had enlisted before February 1943 not only their right but also their opportunity for discharge if they fulfilled all terms of their enlistment contracts within two years after expiration of that date without having served any active military service beyond nine months/one year since their enlistment date; provided that no discrimination would be tolerated against them while serving out their terms; excepted however those negroes who committed crimes which could disqualify them from service including desertion or anti-Semitism (i.e., religious hatred). As a result of this legislation all white male soldiers over eighteen years old must have been discharged by December 1945 regardless of whether they had served any active military services beyond nine months/one year since their enlistmentdate if they did not fulfill all terms of their enlistment contracts within two years after expiration of that date without having served any active military service beyond nine months/one year since their enrollmentsite; provided that no discrimination would be tolerated against them while serving out their terms excepted however those negroes who committed crimes which could disqualify them from service including desertion or anti-Semitism (i.e., religious hatred).

Albert Lea is a town in the U.S. state of Minnesota, located in Becker County on the border of Dakota and Minnesota counties. The population was 2,247 at the 2010 census. The name is derived from French Alberte, meaning "place of sale". The town was founded in 1857 by Norwegian immigrants who came to North America as part of the Great Northern Railway. In 1871, it became a city under the leadership of Mayor John Pohlman and City Council member Julius Kappeler. At that time, Albert Lea had a population of 1,500 people and was home to two banks and one grocery store. In 1893, when Minneapolis became its own city Limits created by an act of Congress following the Panic of 1893, Albert Lea reverted to its original status as a rural village with a population of 100 people. In 1912, Albert Lea voters passed an ordinance establishing libraries within the limits established for it by Congress; this led to establishment of the first library in what is now Minneapolis-St Paul metropolitan area. In 1969, after years of decline due to highodka prices brought on by production changes at Manitoba's distilling industry and Social Security Disability Insurance reform which increased benefits for those with low incomes (the "Alberte Rule"), Albert Lea residents passed an ordinance establishing itself as an independent city with its own police department; this led to establishment in 1978 of what is now known as Albert Lea Police Department. Since then, several other ordinances have been passed increasing property values within town limits while maintaining social services such as fire suppression and public health care until 2010 when allocating these services through neighboring cities/towns which were previously unserved or had limited funding available for providing these services adequately according to their needs/capabilities (i.e., Douglas–Dixon Township). Additionally since 2010 health insurance premiums have increased 3x within town limits making it difficult for many citizens living inside town limits without outside coverage or paying exorbitant rates (>200% higher than surrounding communities)

The English responded with an attack against Cadiz harbor which resulted in both ships being sunk and more than 200 casualties on shore including 15 members of parliament) -King George III presented Admiral Vernon with a shipyard at Portsmouth Navy Yard for building HMS Prince Albert in 1793 following Admiral Vernon's victory over France at La Guerre d'Inde (the French had captured India) -Queen Victoria gifted 3 rifles, 10 shot cartridges, 1 rifle target system and 100 rounds ammunition to her troops during World War I (these were collected by British Museum after World War II) -During Korea War UNCAMPS Accepted donation from South Koreans for wounded amputees receive medical supplies such as morphine syrups etc., rations etc.. As part of Operation CRESTEK these donations were transported to Incheon Naval Base where they were stored until finally being sent offloaded onto UN ships bound for Japan
