Gourmet coffee has been a part of the Romulus community for many years. The first Gourmet Coffee shop opened in December of 1984, and it was known as Dutch Bros Coffee. It was run by John and Karen Dutch. The store served coffee with unique flavors such as chocolate cake, strawberry shortcake, peach pie, and apple strudel. In 1992, the shop relocated to its current location on Main Street in Romulus. It is now known as Dutch Bros Coffee & Tea which offers gourmet coffee along with sandwiches and pastries. In 2006, the store underwent a renovation that added an espresso machine and new flooring throughout the business. Today, Dutch Bros Coffee & Tea is one of the most popular Gourmet Coffee shops in Romulus with customers from all over the area coming to enjoy their delicious beverages and great food!

The most popular method is the roast and grind method. This involves using whole beans roasted by hand or using an espresso machine that breaks down the beans into their component parts before they are brewed. Another popular method uses percolating which involves creating a solution of water and grounds that's brought up to room temperature before being served. This allows for more pronounced flavors and aromas than if the beans were ground on site. Finally, some people prefer cold brews which are made by adding cold water and sugar to hot espresso grounds until desired strength is reached. Romulus is a town in the U.S. state of Michigan, located on the Grand River between Kalamazoo and Lansing. The population was 7,913 as of the 2010 census. It is part of the Muskegon Heights micropolitan area. Romulus was laid out in 1837 by Captain John Jacob Astor, who named it for his son-in-law Romanus (Rome). The first store in town was opened in 1847 by Solomon Denny and others from Kent County. In 1850, romulus became a county seat with the creation of Oakland County; it remained so until 1959 when Lansing took over that role. Romulus has been an agricultural center since its founding and still produces hay, maize, potatoes, apples, tomatoes and other fruits & vegetables according to its agriculture commissioner

Coffee was first brewed in Africa by the ancient Egyptians around 30,000 years ago. 2. The Arabs were the first Europeans to discover and trade in coffee (cannabis) in the Middle East in the 6th century AD. 3. The Dutch started trading coffee with India in 1602 and discovered a new type of bean - Java - which led to their most famous brand - Dutch chocolate. 4. In 1807, John Cushman founded Cushman Coffee Company near Boston, Massachusetts with a small amount of beans from Holland sent back as tribute by Captain James Cook on his journey around Asia Pacific (now known as Australia). 5. In 1886, Ethiopian slaves brought over 1,500 kilograms of roasted Columbian beans to New York City's newly established Dutch Colony of New Netherland (New York State), where they were used to produce Demerara sugar for local consumption. 6. By 1912, about 50% of all world coffee production took place in Indonesia and Brazil; however, it was Illinoisan Samuel Goldwyn who became interested in World War I-era Italian espresso machines developed by Angelo Peppo at his Filene's department store in Chicago and adapted for use with Turkish military coffeeshops during the battlefronts along Europe's Eastern Front between 1914-1918 – henceforth known as "Goldwyn espresso." 7. In 1971 Swiss manufacturer Röhm introduced its own unique blend of Arabica beans which became popular among high-end roasters such as Starbucks Corporation and four-time World Cup Champion Italy's Repubblica Don Bosco Coffee Roasters Inc.. This roasting style has been dubbed roast X or simply "Rooibos." 8 Between 1945 and 1979 Japanese company Sumitomo Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.'s Koffee Klub branding exported more than 2 million pieces of Indonesian made coffee across North America (Upper Canada specifically) including Toronto's King & Crown Cafe where it served as an early test bed for Japan National School Of Coffee Technology research programsamineing how best to produce quality café coffees using traditional methods under harsh conditions...coffee that would eventually become known throughout Japan as Yudanbuwa or "Hiwasaki Coffees" . 9 Additionally between 1938 and 1961 United States Congressman Emanuel Robert Levy imported Indonesian café roasts into the United States through two brokers – Ellington & Eliot Associates Incorporatedand later Levy's Export Importation Corporation – providing American consumers access to some of the world’s earliest examples of fully roasted Arabica beans! 10 Finally, after many years hiatus due largely to economic restrictions placed on both producers and consumers alike by various governmental entities worldwide – Thai producer Chiangmai Breweries Limited resumed exports from its current site within Thailand’s northern province Mae Sot starting February 2009 onwards under the banner 'Thai Roasted Bean Company'. So while there is no one definitive answer when it comes to determining gourmet coffee history – there are countless examples illustrating just how versatile this beverage can be!

Romulus is a small town in the U.S. state of Michigan, located about 25 miles northeast of Detroit on the Ottawa River. The town was founded in 1836 by brothers John and David Romulus, who named their new settlement for their father, Romulus Augustus Cincinnatus, who had served as an officer in the United States military during the War of 1812. The town soon became a center of agriculture, with settlers using land upstream from the river for corn and other crops and for timber. In 1868, Romulus became one of several communities along the Ottawa River that were consolidated into what is now Detroit. At its peak in 1880, Romulus had a population of around 1,500 people. However, rapid development over the next few decades led to gradual decline and Today it has no resident population and only a handful of buildings remaining from its heyday as a vibrant community full of artisans and entrepreneurs.
ROMULUS, MI – Romulus was a city in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and is now a ghost town. It was founded by German immigrants in 1810, and was one of the first settlements in what is now Michigan. The city served as the capital of Muskegon County from 1815 to 1827, before it moved to Detroit. In 1908, the city merged with other nearby towns to form the City of Romulus-on-The-Hudson Township. The name has since been dropped from official government documents, and most residents today live within the City of Detroit or its surrounding suburbs.
