Commodore Webster was then ambassador to Spain and Portugal and frequently visited Europe with his collection of cannons and pistols. A more recent example is an USS Constitution Sword Ship replica created by JSC Maritime Limited in collaboration with Naval Heritage Foundation (NHF). It has been donated by Mrs. Betty Schaefer (a long-time resident of Coldwater) and is currently being exhibited at the NHF museum in Goshen, Indiana

Coldwater is a small town located in the Iron County of Michigan, just east of Ann Arbor. It was platted in 1828, and became an official post office in 1830. The population was 2,451 at the 2000 census. The first settler in Coldwater was John Leland who arrived from New England in 1827. He built a log cabin on the banks of the Shiawassee River. A few years later, he and his wife Priscilla moved to a farm near present-day Uniontown. In 1830, John Leland's daughter Emmalee married Isaac Purdy, one of the founders of Ann Arbor. They founded Coldwater Post Office which remained operational until it closed its doors on December 15th 1934 due to lack of mail service. Coldwater initially relied on hunting and fishing for its economy but has since become engaged in manufacturing including printing presses and chemical plants throughout its history. One important early manufacturer was J & W Hickey who manufactured fishing netting before moving their business to what is now Saginaw Township in 1856. The town also became known for its fudge products distributed through local stores like Mr. Fudge’s Candy Shop which continued into the 21st century until it closed down in 2009 due to economic conditions within the town itself.. According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 0.8 square miles (2 km²), all landthough there is some water available as well.. As of 2000, there were 2,451 people living here… As with any small community where everyone knows each other pretty well these days I have had occasion or opportunity to check out old photos from when Coldwater was much more active so you get an idea about both its architecture and general feel – even if it does not match up 100% with today's sensibilities! The buildings that still stand are mostly single family dwellings built between 1830-1890 although there are also a few institutional buildings like Community College #1 (now Wayne State University) or Evenkelly’s Gambling Hall which served as a post office from 1890-1934). There wasn't really anything else standing around until recently because most everyone either left after World War II or permanently retired once they no longer needed an employer so there isn't much evidence left behind! One thing that will be interesting looks forward to seeing over time is changes taking place within our community due to new technology such as social media etc., as many things do change over time especially when it comes to places like this where people have seen firsthand how things can change relatively quickly!
