Maga coffee is a specialty coffee located in Easton, Maryland. It was founded in 1996 by Howard Schultz and his wife Jane Healey. Mr. Schultz is the founder of Starbucks, and Maga coffee is one of their most popular brands. The first time that Maga coffee was served in Easton, it was at the local library. The idea for the cafe came about when Jane saw an advertisement for a Java Joints location in town. She brought her husband over to try it out, and they were so impressed with the flavor that they started brewing their own beans. In 2006, they opened up a second store called Hatfield Coffee & Tea Company inside of Hatfield Mall. This store became very successful and helped bring attention to Maga coffee all over again. In 2013, they opened up a third store called The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf inside of Annapolis Valley Mall which added even more convenience to customers’ lives because it has two floors with different atmospheres: one for premium roasted products and another for Selection Roasted Coffee Beans (SRCB). Maga coffee has been featured on several television shows such as "The Tonight Show With Conan O'Brien" and "Good Morning America". They also have a cameo appearance on the show "House Midsomer Murders". In 2017, they made an appearance on "Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives" where they showcased their newest product: MAGA Koffee blend which contains Turkish Rozmaica beans from Turkey’s Tikelkapı district! Easton, Maryland is located in Prince George's County, and as of the 2010 census, the population was 27,821. The town began as a small farming settlement in 1792 by three brothers named Easton. In 1814, Easton became the county seat of Prince George's County after it was moved from Frederick. In 1868, the American Civil War resulted in the Battle of Gettysburg and led to an increase in military activity throughout Prince George's County. This led to new development around Gettysburg and Easton. In 1916, US President Woodrow Wilson signed the 16th Amendment which granted voting rights to citizens of African descent in all states with a population over 10,000. This caused an influx of African-American people into eastern Maryland and Easton specifically because they could now vote. The first post office at Easton opened on July 6, 1814; its name was changed to Frederick on December 31st that year. It remained at this location until May 15th of 1870 when it moved to nearby Washington Township (now Bowie). The first building constructed inEaston was a log cabin built by John Denton on October 20th, 1814. A second cabin was erected within two years and soon afterward a store/grange/creek family home became known as "The White House". It wasn't until 1828 that land measuring 3 rods square by 1 rod wide was set aside for town development purposes next to what is now Boulevard Street near present day Eastern Avenue. The site chosen for this initial plat included parts of what is now Friendship Heights between Boulevard and Park Streets east of what is today Cross Keys Road (later renamed Old Georgetown Road). At that time there were no streetlights or water systems available so residents had to use barns or other buildings for light while traveling through town during night times or whenetching early morning birds! By 1830 most homes had been platted out with streets running perpendicular north-south along their borders - becoming Arlington Heights neighborhood today!
