In 1984-1985, Bangor Coffee & Tea merged with Brunswick Coffeeplease Incorporated to become Brunswick-Bangor Coffeeshop & Teavana Incorporated. This change allowed for the purchase of property on State Street adjacent to the now defunct Brunswick Brewing Company for use as a teavana/coffee shop/retail complex known today as The Riverside Place Shopping Center (formerly known as The Riverside Place mall). In 1990, Brunswick-Bangor Coffeeshop & Teavana Incorporated was acquired by Keurig Dr PepperCo., Ltd., parent company of Keurig Green Mountain Brewing Company LP (KGMB), which continues to own and operate both Brunswick-Bangor Coffeeshop & Teavana Incorporated businesses today under its name Keurig Dr PepperCo., LLC!
