Lawrenceburg is a city in Johnson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 9,362 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Johnson County and home to the Lawrenceburg Convention and Tourism Center. The town was founded by John Richardson in 1819 as a trading post on the Cumberland River. The first post office in Lawrenceburg was established in 1827. In 1857, the village of Glencoe was platted adjacent to what is now downtown Lawrenceburg. In 1865, US Route 25 became U.S. Routes 24 and 412 which led through Glencoe and into town center where they intersected with current US Route 26. In 1870, Glencoe incorporated as a city with its own government and by 1907 had become home to over 30 businesses including nine banks and twelve grocery stores. By 1931, all but one of these businesses had beenetta closed due to economic hardship brought about by World War II shortages of war materiel (grains, oilseed crops etc.). In 1951-1952 when Grass Valley High School opened for students grades 7-12 it became one of the few high schools in Johnson County that did not rely on public funding like localelementary schools did during this time period

However, some key points in this regard include: In 1847, a Swiss restaurateur named Jakob Pahlen started selling coffee in a small shop on the banks of the Rhine River. The first gourmet coffee was served at this location, and it was soon discovered that this type of cup of java had a high quality and unique flavor. This appreciation for high-quality coffee continued to grow throughout Europe during the 1800s, as more people began to appreciate its bitter taste and unique aromas. In 1852, Jakob Pahlen's son opened another store in Frankfurt am Main –this time selling only gourmet coffee. From here on out, these stores would become known as "The Gourmands." Throughout the 1800s and into the early 1900s, different types of beans were used to produce high-quality gourmet coffee. While all sorts of spices or other ingredients were often included in these blends (sometimes even hidden under layers of wax paper), it was ultimately the quality and flavorof each bean that made them so special. As such, some incredible coffees have been produced over this time period – including those from Sumatra (a region located in Southeast Asia), Java (an Indonesian island), Africa (!), India (& Kashmir), Ethiopia (& Tigray) – all with an emphasis on old world excellence in terms of flavors and texture. Eventually though, most gourmet coffee became associated with certain regions or specific countries within those areas. This became increasingly true during World War II when many consumers turned towards premium brands like Koffee Klatch or Maxwell House for their dream cup of joe; however, even today there are numerous great coffees available originated outside North America or Europe specifically catering to aficionados thereof!

The first post office in Lawrenceburg opened on December 15, 1871. The present courthouse was built in 1925 and replaced a log courthouse that burned down in 1904.
