The current owner of the shop, Rick Sauer's son Jensen Sauer, took over operations in 2013 after his father passed away. He continues to run the business with his mother as CEO. Waterloo was founded in 1847 as a small town on the edge of present-day Waterloo Township and soon became an important center for trade and transportation along the Mississippi River. The arrival of railroads in the early 20th century helped make Waterloo one of the most important cities in central Iowa. Despite these challenges, recent years have seen some growth and progress within Waterloo including construction of a new police department (completed in 2013), revitalization of several downtown areas including City Hall Square and Waterfront Boulevard; efforts towards creating more affordable housing units; and designation as a "City with A Creative Mind" by Mayor John Hubbard following his proclamation marking improvement opportunities throughout city boundaries

For example, manual labor is often used in order to produce an intense flavor while machines tend to produce weaker blends with moregeneric flavors. This variety has resulted in some very unique cup profiles that are hard to replicated using standard methods alone!
