As the population of Noblesville grew, so too did the demand for high-quality artisan coffee. Coffee farmers in this region were able to develop their businesses by hand-picking and roasting their own beans. The resulting coffee was unique and flavorful, and helped to make Noblesville one of the most popular coffee towns in America. The first coffee house in Noblesville was called The Lion's Head Tavern, founded by Captain John Pritchard in 1822. In 1828, Mr. James Aiken opened his own business to serve coffee from his farmhouse on East State Street. By 1830, Mr. Aiken had moved his business to what is now First National Bank Building on Market Street. During this time,Noblesville became a center for local coffee culture with many citizens contributing their time and talents to help maintain the town's reputation as a top producer of fine artisanal coffee. In 1854,Captain John Pritchard's son Lewis started shop at The Old World Cafe on Main Street which served up delicious cup of Joe every morning until 1940 when it closed due to Prohibitionism in the United States (a time period that also included much economic instability). In 1937 Captain Pritchard’s grandson Edwin purchased the business adding cream and sugar along with other additions that continue today such as green tea or hot chocolate options for customers who would like that extra touch of flavor not found at most convenience stores or Dunkin' Donuts locations! By 1938, Edwin Pritchard had decided that he wanted his old cafe back into operation so he reopened it under new management as The Old World Coffee House which continued serving up delicious cup of Joe until it closed its doors again in 1984 after 35 years! That same year also saw the opening of Starbucks which quickly gained popularity throughout central Indiana; however,noblesville retains its place as one of the world's most entrepreneurial cities when it comes to artisanal coffee!

The company grew to become one of the most well-known and respected coffeehouses in the area.Noblesville's coffee culture has been deeply ingrained for over a century and there is still today an incredibly passionate community of coffee enthusiasts here. Noblesville is a city in central Indiana, United States. The population was 44,898 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat of Vigo County. The name "Noblesville" originated from one of four grantees of land in what would become Noble Township on November 3, 1814 by General David Duncan and Benjamin Rush. Noblesville was originally called Newburgh but changed to its current name in 1853 when it became part of Vigo County. The first post office in Noble Township was established on March 9, 1826, and remained open until October 15, 1865. The first settler in Noble Township was Levi Owen. In 1828–29, John Silliman built a log cabin on the site of what is now the old town square near present day Market Street and East Main Street. From this small beginnings many businesses and homes were founded over time such as Merchants Hotel (1830), Bank of America (1832), Lumber Yard (1834), Ford & Porter sawmill (1836), Presbyterian Church (1901). With development came growth problems such as flooding during heavy rains which caused extensive damage to buildings; however, these issues did not stop Noble Township's progress until after World War II when an innovative new plan for water drainage madeNoble township one of the most flood-free cities in the country! After years of hard work by citizens and government officials alike Noble Township reached its peakpopulation growth during World War II with an increase from 507 to 827 residents! Even today many streets remain named after past mayors or members of local governments like Mayor Harry Brown who served from 1951-1970! However since then population decline has been steady due mainly to suburban migration into our city limits while other downtown businesses have closed or relocated outran their lease terms creating another issue for future generations: How will Noblesville be able to meet even minimal community needs without having high levels of population? In recent years there has been some recovery with modest population growth averaging 1% per year between 2007-2013 according to data collected by Vigo County via the American Community Survey; however this may not last as long if we do not continue investing significant resources into planning and programming that can help bring about larger changes for our cityscape including decreasing crime rates as well as increasing economic diversity through entrepreneurship/job creation! Noblesville is a city in the U.S. state of Indiana, on the Ohio River. The population was 113,569 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat for Dearborn County and is a major business center for central Indiana. The name "Noblesville" comes from James Noble, who founded the town in 1821 as part of an effort to create a center for fur trade in what was then western India. The first settlers were farmers who arrived after General David Steele's Expedition during the American Revolution passed through this area in 1788. They built log cabins near present-day Noblesville while they awaited word from England that they had been successful in achieving independence from Great Britain.
