In 1968, India’s State-owned Bharat Ratna Enterprises Ltd,. set up an ethanol refinery there as part of an effort to increase production for export; however, it closed down after two years due to low efficiency levels and high costs associated with modern technology compared to older methods used at that time. After several years without substantial activity by either party or any news emanating from Michigan City regarding ethanol refineries or other large industrial projects outside India – all indications were that things had changed materially since then – I decided to take a closer look at what had happened since my last visit less than two years earlier One goal I had while writing this book has been very much alive since my last visit: To identify potential areas where we could improve our infrastructure so as not only create jobs but also stimulate economic growth within our community It is often said that infrastructure development can spur economic growth; however I believe that if done correctly Infrastructure Development should always be accompanied by social commitment which will make sure everyone has access to basic needs like education etc… It would seem then that more emphasis should be put into creating quality schools within our community rather than simply building more schools! This would help us focus on areas such as transportation which are so critical for businesses operating here today; furthermore having good highways will naturally lead to more business being conducted along them! Additionally improving public transportation options will also result in increased trade opportunities between our community and surrounding towns/cities
