Greenfield is a small town in Vigo County, Indiana. The population was 1,512 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Indianapolis metropolitan area. Greenfield is located on the southern bank of the White River and has a mix of older brick and frame homes dating back to the 1830s with newer construction continuing into the 1960s and 1970s. The original settlers in Greenfield were farmers who started out on what is now known as Farmington Road. When their land was first surveyed, it was within present-day Greenfield Township but they sold their holdings to others in 1837 and continued to farm there until 1848 when they moved to what is now Indianola Township. They lived there until 1865 when they moved to their current location on what is today White River Road. In 1868, Homer Ainsworth built a sawmill and gristmill on White River Road which became one of the largest businesses in town. His mill continue operations until it closed in 1954; however, its remains can still be seen today along with many other buildings from that time including an old schoolhouse which served as both a courthouse and township hall before being destroyed by fire in 1979. In 1907, David Crouse opened his own grocery store on State Street which became an important local business during prohibition; however, it closed down after only two years due to low sales volumes. In 1949, Jens Petersen opened his first gas station located just off Highway 66 south of town; however, this also closed down after only two months due to low sales volumes

By 1700, nearly all European countries had some form of coffee production- except England which still drank beer! Coffee started being exported from Brazil into Spanish America around 1600 as well, where it acquired a bad reputation because people believed that it would make you very sick! During much of colonial America's early days espresso beans were ground up fresh only for use by Native Americans who brewed their own drinks instead of following European brewing techniques (which involved boiling water with various Solvent substances). thereafter Europeans started using more refined methods such as grinding whole beans before roasting them or using chopped roasted beansenuts (a type of bean) rather than ground up fresh beans which caused bitterness since these methods exposed more solvent residues on top surface of dried beans).
