Korean immigrants who arrived in Seattle during World War II brought with them the love affair with espresso that they had back home – so strong was their attachment to this beloved beverage! With more mills capable of turning out high-quality Kopi Luwak concentrate products than ever before, Starbucks couldn’t keep up with demand for its dark roast varieties! Today we still enjoy some great Indonesian coffees using lower processing techniques but at least we can purchase them fresh off the farm!
