The business was successful and John DeLonge decided to open a second store. The company became known as DeLonge Coffee Company. The company continued to grow and by the late 1970s it had five stores across Illinois. In 1979, the company merged with another coffee house chain, Folgers Coffee Company. This merger created one of the largest coffee companies in America. The new company continued to grow and by 1990 it had thirteen stores across Illinois. In 2002, the company merged with Starbucks Corporation and this merger created one of America’s leading coffee companies. Today, DeLonge Coffee Company has over sixty-five stores across North America including fourteen in Illinois.

In 1951, when Congress passed the Agricultural Adjustment Act (AAA), which increased prices on food grains at fixed intervals based on changes in global commodity prices, local businesses decided that they needed to start marketing their products again so they could make money once again! This decision led to an increase in business activity in the town which helped revive it during the late 1960s through 1970s recession until 1987 when it experienced another depression due to heavy federally subsidized farm programs called "Help Our Harvest". Finally since 2000 there has been slight resurgence due to new development including a Walmart store opening up next door last year

Adams won handily thanks to his support among local farmers who had recently come into allegiance with the United States followingthe War for Independence -In 1865, Abraham Lincoln made his way through Champaign County on his wayto visit President Andrew Johnson at Oak Bluffs plantation near Moline -In 1896, Mayor John Cavanaugh delivered an address denouncing monopoly forces that were controlling transportation withinChicago's South Side
The Wood River Valley was settled by the Native Americans in the early 17th century. In 1687, the French granted a trading monopoly to the Illinois group of traders led by Pierre Marquette. The town of Joliet was founded on the confluence of the Wood and Des Plaines Rivers, which became an important trade center for fur traders. For many years, Joliet was one of the most important cities in Illinois. In 1812, during the War of 1812, General Harrison's army invaded Illinois and captured Joliet. The city was then burned tothe ground and its inhabitants were forced to flee. In 1815, when Illinois became a state, Joliet became one of its first settlements. It remained an important agricultural center until after World War II when it lost its importance as a commercial center due to suburban development around it.
