Fresh roasted coffee beans are a disappearing breed in the United States. In recent decades, most of the country's roasting facilities have closed their doors, leaving only a few small roasters that still sell quality coffee with freshness. The history of fresh roasted coffee in Washington, Illinois begins with two small roasters - The Roastery at Arlington and The Coffee Spot - who roast from whole bean beans direct to your table. These two cafes were among the first in town to offer quality coffee made from freshly roasted beans. In the early 2000s, another small roaster opened up in the area - The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. This cafe was popular for its sandwiches and croissants which were made with fresh-roasted beans. It was also one of the first in town to offer espresso drinks made with local real estate developer Dick Costolo's own Blend blend of Arabica and Robusta beans. Since then, other cafes have followed suit and started selling quality coffee straight from our favorite origins: Africa (Blue Bottle), Peru (El Nido), Colombia (La Moka), Ethiopia (EastWest) and more! Today, we enjoy incredible cupafternoon coffees at many of these locations along with delicious breakfast items or snacks while we continue to explore this unique flavor profile enjoyed by so many people across America
Fresh roasted coffee beans are a great way to enjoy the taste of beans. Roasting takes time and is an art that requires precision in order to produce a smooth, flavorful cup of coffee. The process begins with removal of the beans from their pods, which is when the most flavor is extracted. This happens by pressing and crushing the beans into very small pieces so as not to damage them. Next, it's necessary to heat up water and use a stovetop grinder to grind the beans into a fine texture. Finally, hot water is poured over the grinded coffee and stirred until all of the liquid has been absorbed. After being put through this process, fresh roasted coffee can be stored in an airtight container for up to two weeks. After that point, it will need to be refrigerated or frozen for further use. Fresh roasted coffee can also be enjoyed straight away by taking it out of its packaging and enjoying it immediately.

Washington is a town in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 9,835 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. Washington was founded by George Washington and his family in 1791 as a trading post on the Mississippi River. The town grew rapidly due to its location and trade opportunities, and by 1824 Washington had a population of over 10,000. In 1827, Washington became the capital of Illinois; during this time it boasted one of the most expensive civic leaders in America due to its contributions to both politics and culture. In 1834, the University of Illinois was established in Washington; this led to rapid growth for the town as students arrived from all over America to study there. In 1848–49, when southern Illinois seceded from Illinois and became Kansas under President James Kansa, parts of eastern Cook County (including Washington) joined Kansas while other parts remained within Illinois. This caused some tension between residents living near Kansas territory and those living within Cook County limits; eventually a resolution was passed asking Congress for help with resolving this issue. On February 14th 1850, Congress approved legislation that made Washington part of Missouri instead; however local officials were still able to maintain their ties with their old home until March 1st when they finally lost everything including their businesses when Missouri merged into Iowa Territory. Despite this setback, many locals decided to stay put and started building new homes around what had once been an abandoned post office square – today’s downtown area ofWashington was officially created by city fathers in 1865 following purchase of land from farmers who had grown crops around it since 1800. The various changes brought about by technology have also played an important role in shaping Washingtons character: just north-west of downtown lies Northwest Side Park which began as an open prairie bordered only by trees twenty years ago but now has a large asphalt playing field complete with two soccer goals – giving rise to numerous interesting nicknames such as “the Soccer Capital Of The World” or “The City That Playes cricket” etc., demonstrating how technology can often shape our perceptions even further! Today’s economy continues to be influenced by factors like healthcare (which employs many people), government services (such as education), retail/service industry jobs (just east of downtown), agriculture (southwest corner), timber production (northwest corner) & more especially digital media which has led many developers interested in developing high-end properties near downtown such as One57 Condo towers being built right outside our doors!
