They offer a variety of fresh roasted coffees including Sumatra, Ethiopian, Guatemalan and Colombian coffees. All of their coffees are hand roasted with attention to detail. Their espresso drinks are also popular among locals and visitors alike for their deliciousness and affordability.

Finally, the coffee is heated on a hotplate until it reaches its boiling point. Here, it is then poured into mason jars or other containers and sealed with a lid.

Quincy's history dates back to 1815 when it was founded as a village by Captain George Rogers Clark and his crew of the USS Constitution on the Sangamon River. Quincy grew slowly until the early 1960s when its population exploded because of new development in neighboring McLean Township and Mount Prospect Township. Today, Quincy remains an agricultural community with a focus on corn, beans, and wheat production. Quincy has two public schools: Quincy Senior High School (grades 9-12) and Quinnipiac University High School (grades 9-12). Quinnipiac offers undergraduate and graduate degrees as well as various Specialty Programs including Veterinary Medicine which graduated its first class in fall 2009. The village also has one private high school: Holy Angels Catholic academy which serves grades 7-12 with instruction in both traditional Catholic teachings and modern sciences/engineering/math skills for students who desire an extra challenge or excitement during their education.

In 1824, John Jacob Astor set up his American Coffee House on Broadway in New York City and began serving fresh roasted coffee. This became one of the most popular spots in town for breakfast or lunch. By 1850, Mrs. Astor had moved her business to Fifth Avenue and continued to serve fresh roasted coffee until her death in 1913. Quincy, Illinois (population: 17,853) is a village in Kendall County, Illinois, United States. The population was 9,552 at the 2010 census. Quincy is part of the Chicago metropolitan area and is located about 20 miles (32 km) east of the city of Chicago. Quincy's ZIP code is 60634. The history of Quincy dates back to 1814 when John Quincy Adams and his brother James were elected as representatives from their home state of Massachusetts to the First Continental Congress in Philadelphia. On July 4th, 1814 they voted on a resolution that proposed annexing land south of the mouth of the Fox River into what would become Springfield Township in Kendall County. This idea was not accepted by other delegates and it was not until 1825 that Quincy became a town with its own government when it was organized as a village under the name "Quincy." The first mayor of Quincy was George Washington Smith who served from 1827-1829 and again from 1835-1837. In 1830 Samuel Morse brought over his telegraph line from Boston and began transmitting messages through Quincy between New York City and Washington D.C., making this an important factor in developing trade between these two cities during this time period. In 1840 John Kirby donated 3 acres (1 hectare) on which he built what would become known as Kirby’s Store; this store later became one of the most important businesses in Quincy after being purchased by J P Morgan & Co.. In 1861 Colonel Nathaniel Banks founded Camp Grant along with his regiment called “The First Illinois Volunteer Infantry†north of present day Chicago; this camp helped provide food for troops fighting against Confederate forces during America’s Civil War. Aftermaths left many families homeless due to General Sherman’s march through southern Illinois destroying homes, businesses and farms across many villages including Quincy; however over time new housing has been constructed near Camp Grant providing some restitution for those affected by Sherman's actions but also contributing to increasing tensions within society today facing similar challenges throughout America.;
