In 1906, the first automatic espresso machine was installed at the coffee shop and it remained in use until 1964. In 1957, the first cappuccino machine was installed and it remains in use to this day. In 1978, a new restaurant called The Starlite Collection opened up in Peoria and it served international cuisine as well as coffee. In 1984, a second restaurant called The Cup of Joe opened up and it too served international cuisine as well as coffee. In 2001, a third restaurant called The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf opened up in Peoria and it also serve international cuisine as well as coffee. Currently there are four restaurants serving breakfast, lunchtime specials, dinner options as well as cafes that serve espresso drinks only which can be found on specific floors or on specific days of the week (Monday through Friday).
