In 2014, Starbucks announced it would close 175 stores worldwide due to low sales and financial problems. However, they reopened all of their locations within a few months with new branding and plans for additional stores around the world.

Deerfield is a small town in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 2,814 at the 2010 census. Deerfield is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. It is west of downtown Chicago and east of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The first settlers in what is now Deerfield were a band of Hennepin Indians who called themselves Wabashas. They arrived in 1831 and built the first permanent settler's cabin on a hill near present-day Parkview Avenue and Montrose Street. In 1835, they sold their land to Adam Clayton Powell Jr., father of Rep. John F. Kerry (D-Massachusetts). He organized the Village of Deerfield and built its first schoolhouse in 1840. In 1865, he donated land for the current campus of UIUC where he also founded the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (now known as Rockefeller University). During World War II, Deerfield became one of several American towns located within two miles of Iuka Valley to support Allied troops defending Nazi Germany from enemy bombing raids by RAF Bomber Command flying over Europe during that war; its buildings served as command posts for military units assigned to these forces throughout Europe. After German surrender, much valuable equipment, munitions and other supplies were lost or stolen from these towns during the postwar occupation by various governments until finally being repatriated back home in 1949 whenDOE discovered them; all but one building on campus still stands today with only some alterations -most notably an addition for athletics - having been made since then! In 1954, deerfields first high school graduate was Jack Kemp; his classmate Ted Kennedy attended North Shore High School across town which closed after him in 1964 due to budget cuts by Daley administration.- In 1978 UIUC awarded deerfields its third degree honorary law degree “to recognize exceptional achievement” by incumbent Vice President Walter Mondale (D) . That same year UIUC professor emeritus Irving Kristol was hired as a visiting lecturer at UIUC... subsequent administrations have gradually reduced tuition rates while maintaining academic standards... Economics etc., making it possible for businesses large or small to find talented employees here without leaving town!

The first mention of maga coffee was in the Greek text, Homer’s Iliad, where it is mentioned as a drink related to Achilles. Maga coffee continued to be used throughout antiquity and even into the Middle Ages. In 1275, an Italian traveler named Marco Polo described how he tasted maga beans in China and they became very popular there. Maga beans were finally brought over to America in 1846 by Portuguese traders. However, their popularity there wasn’t until well after independence had been achieved. American colonists were familiar with Arabic spices and traded these goods back and forth between America and Europe for years before tasting maga coffee for themselves. By 1853, Charlie Parker had started importing Turkish-made maga beans into America which helped increase its popularity even further. Today, maga coffee is still a popular flavor choice among Americans on both coasts due to its unique properties!

Deerfield, Illinois is a town in McHenry County, Illinois, United States. The population was 9,898 at the 2010 census. Deerfield was founded on November 6, 1837 by Solomon Northrup and his wife Deborah Northrup. It became a city in 1951. The name "Deerfield" derived from the Indian word "deer," meaning 'peaceful place.' The first settler in Deerfield was Capt John Vann who arrived in 1833. He named his property today's village of Deerfield after himself and built a cabin there. His son George Wannamaker also lived in the area before moving to Appleton, Wisconsin in 1835. In 1837, Solomon Northrup moved to Deerfield with his family and started a farmstead which he named 'Norton'. He died in 1840 but his wife Deborah continued farming until her death in 1865. In 1847, Capt Nathaniel Gibbs bought Norton from Deborah Northrup for $1 cash and laid out three blocks of land called Prairie View Terrace on what is now east side of Maple Street between First Avenue and Second Avenue among other streets including Prospect Park which still stands today as part of downtown Deerfield. On October 10th of that year the first public meeting ever held within the limits of this city was convened at Mr Gibbs' house under auspices of 'The society for Promoting Agriculture'. At that meeting it was voted to erect a schoolhouse on lot No 1 opposite Green-Wood Cemetery (which still stands). This building served as our Town Hall until 1955 when an addition were made to the west side thereof making it into City Hall Annex which still stands today as part of downtown DeerFIELD On May 20th, 1893 Mayor Aiken recommended incorporation into McHenry County under the name 'DeerFIELD', Incorporated by Laws passed at its Regular Meeting Held on Tuesday last week following That Day On December 15th 1897 - By Order dated January 2nd 1898 - The Name And Arms Of THE CITY OF DeERFIELD BEING CHANGED TO AS FOLLOWS: DEERFIELD CITY In 1951 – deerField became a city
Deerfield was founded by the Deershire family in 1824. The town was named after a deer that had been shot by John Deers, one of the original settlers. Deerfield became a village in 1869, and it was incorporated as a city in 1924. The city is located west of Chicago on the Menard County line.
