Chicago Ridge is a census-designated place (CDP) in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 11,811 at the 2010 census. It lies on the border of Hoffman Estates and Lombard Park neighborhoods. Chicago Ridge is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. The ridge is part of the Appalachian Mountains and is bordered by the city of Chicago to the north, Lake Michigan to the east, and Racine to the south.
