In 1951, the company changed its name to Maxwell House Coffee and Tea Company and the coffee shop moved to 103rd Street near Aviation Boulevard. In 1968, Maxwell House merged with Roasting Company of America and the coffee shop became part of RCA Coffee & Tea Corporation. In 1984, Roasting Company of America was acquired by Peet's Coffee & Tea Incorporated and Maxwell House ceased operations.
Burbank, Illinois is a small town in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 21,491 at the 2010 census. It is the third most populous community in Cook County after Chicago and Oak Lawn. The name of the town originates from a Native American word meaning "burnt spot," which was given to it by the French during their fur trading expeditions through this area in the 17th century. The first settler in Burbank was George Waring who platted what is now Burbank Township on May 1, 1838. He also built one of the first roads in that township. In 1847, John Sutter founded Sutter's Fort on land he had purchased from La Salle for $2,500. By 1850, there were over 50 families living in and around Burbank when Samuel Morse established his telegraph line from Danville to Burbank on October 7 that year. In 1853-54, construction began on what would become the county seat of Cook County; this original building still stands today near downtown Burbank. afterward burbanks post office moved to new building east of present day US-6 south of I-680 It wasn't until 1881 when an electric railway system called Northwestern Pacific Railroad (now Amtrak) reached Burbank and started service between Chicago and Lake Forest Station; this started a rapid growth of businesses within town because transportation became necessary for goods transported across state lines then Ferry Road led directly into town center where services continued until 1940s when Interstate Highway 95 bypassed town limits

In fact, some believe that it's even better than regular espresso because it has a more complex and lingering flavor than other types of coffee.

On July 1stic 1957 Burbank became a City through the passage of a resolution by the City Council. On January 14th, 1959 Burbank celebrated its first anniversary as a city and on January 26th hosted Illinois' inaugural night basketball game between Stony Brook University and Northwestern University. In October 1990 Voters passed proposition 2 which created theCity's first fire district; this would become one of the most important functions of City government later on. In 1995 voters passed Proposition 103 which doubledignored property taxes for 5 years while creating new funds to support public services such as libraries and parks; this would lead to Downtown redevelopment which took place over the next few years including construction of The Park at Metrolink Station followed by condo development along First Street throughout downtown including much recent land use changes like Noodle Hill shopping center being developed off Sather Blvd & Wacker Drive
