Bellini ran a small grocery store and served coffee to customers on- premise. By 1904, coffee was being roasted by two men named Edward Withers and Harry A. Smith at their shop on Elm Street. In 1917, John Fenton opened the first café in Burbank that serves fresh roast coffee. He roasted beans himself and sold them directly to customers. As more businesses popped up throughout Burbank, it became difficult for consumers to find fresh roast coffee without going out of town. In 1951, JT Enterprises purchased the rights to sell fresh roasted coffee from Bellini and began marketing their beans under the name JT Fresh Roasted Coffee Company. The company continued to produce high quality coffees until it closed its doors in 1993. However, the legacy of JT Fresh Roasted Coffee Company is still present today - with customers able to purchase delicious cups of espresso every day from their favorite cafes in town!

The first espresso machines were built in Italy in the 1860s. Coffee was originally ground from whole beans, which took hours to roast on an old-fashioned stovetop. Roasters today use machines that run quickly and allow them to roast more than one batch at a time to get the best flavor and texture for their customers. In 1912, Italian inventor Angelo Parisi patented his first espresso machine. He developed it into the modern drip-brewed espresso machine, which allowed people to enjoy delicious cups of coffee without having to wait minutes for each cup to come out of the machine. In 1962, Dutch brewer Philips began producing its own versions of espresso machines with different bean types and brewing times. These machines became known as "phonofortes." Dutch brewers continued this trend in the 1970s when they introduced their own unique blends of roasts and brewing methods called "Koffiekopje" or "coffee klatsches." These blends helped create some of the most popular varieties of café au lait around the world such as Koffiekopje Blonde, Koffiekopje RobustoStrength, Koffiekopje Dark Roast, Java Gold Ruination, etc., which continue to be enjoyed by consumers today!

Burbank, Illinois is a city in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 97,055 as of the 2010 census. It is the largest city in Cook County by area. The city was founded on October 15, 1871 by John Burbank and his wife Rebecca Coolidge. The original name of the town was "Burbank." The Burbanks changed their name to "Burbank and Frankfort" because they were afraid that other businesses would take their business away. In 1883, the town became part of Chicago due to an act of the state legislature. On October 15, 1871, John Burbank and his wife Rebecca Coolidge founded Burbank with a small parcel of land at 6th Street and Lake Avenue in what is now northwestern Cook County. At first it was just a small agricultural community with about 20 residents; however, within six years it had more than 100 residents including many prominent citizens such as John Daley (mayor from 1889-1893), Amos Kendall (alderman from 1895-1901), James Buchanan McCormick (President McKinley's secretary during World War I), industrialist Solomon Snyder (founder of Snyder's Grocery Company) and banker Julius Rosenwald (the founder of Sears Roebuck). Jane Addams became one of its earliest residents when she moved to burbank in 1893 after selling her home in Moline to become headmistress at Park Ridge School District #2 which merged intoChicago Public Schools in 1896. In 1904–05 burbank got its own water system - this system still serves the community today! In 1907burban established its own police department which remains operational today! On February 14th 1905 burban became one of only two cities in Illinois to have electric lights! By 1912 there were over 250 businesses operating in burban with a population approaching 1,000 people! In 1917 burban lost its charter as part of Chicago's annexation into new federal territory but regained it after World War I! Today it continues to beiethronized as an important civic center for northwest Cook County

By 1865, Burbank had a population of 1,500 people. In 1888, the town was renamed after Benjamin Franklin Washington because of its links to America's first president. In 1912, Burbank became an incorporated city and experienced rapid growth thanks to its importance as a transportation hub for the surrounding region. By 1939,Burbank had a population of over 10,000 people and was home to several major businesses including Armour-Alloy Inc., Allstate Insurance Company and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. In 1951, the city annexed part of neighboring Downers Grove which led to another large growth in Burbank's population by 1975. Today, Burbanks has a population of around 15,000 people and is one of the most populous cities in Illinois
