Small batch coffee has been around since the 1800s. The first small-batch coffee was created in Waycross, Georgia in 1868 by two farmers, George and Augustus Hahn. These early pioneers of small-batch coffee were inspired to create this unique style of coffee because they realized that it couldn't be found anywhere else on the continent. Today, small batches are a popular trend in many countries across the globe, and their popularity can be seen in both the quality of their coffee and its widespread appeal. The first few years of small-batch coffee's existence were difficult as there wasn't much demand for it at the time. However, over time, people have come to appreciate this flavor profile and its unique texture. Today, there are numerous roasters who offer small batches of delicious coffee that can be enjoyed all around the world. Waycross is the seat of government for Randolph County, Georgia. The first coffee was roasted in 1867 in a cabin on the edge of town by John Hogg. In 1903, Waycross became an incorporated city and, in 1916, it became a county seat.

Waycross is a town in Fulton County, Georgia, United States. The population was 1,829 at the 2010 census. Waycross is located on the Chattahoochee River and is the home of the Waycross Air Force Base. Waycross was founded in 1819 by General James Wilkinson as a station on the Underground Railroad. It became an important stop for slaves traveling to freedom in nearby Macon and Atlanta. After Reconstruction began in 1877, Waycross grew rapidly as a railroad town with its own school system and newspapers. In 1925, Waycross welcomed its first African American mayor, Waddell L. Moody III. During World War II, Wayross played an important role as a manufacturing center for aircraft parts production at RAF Plant Noford; after the war it declined but regained some of its former importance through agricultural production until 2000 when it lost its status as a city when it merged with neighboring Walton Beach into Gwinnett County

There is a long and varied history of small batch coffee production, dating back to the early 1800s. One of the earliest examples is the Dutch Koffiekamer, which opened in 1795 in The Hague. This coffee house originally served kaffee (coffee) and pastries made from honey and other natural ingredients. The first coffee beans were roasted in small batches at this location, providing a unique flavor profile that was not available from larger grocery stores or cafeterias at the time. In 1847, a company called The Coffee House started operations in London, England. Their main product was coffee but they also sold tea, chocolate cake and other items. In 1850, they moved to Manchester, England where they operated until 1861 when they closed their businessido due to financial difficulties. The first commercial roasters of ground coffee were established in Germany by Johann Friedrich Roeder in 1826. He began manufacturing his own beans on a small scale and selling them directly to consumers under the name "Johann Roeder's Coffee". By 1830-35 he had achieved such success that he decided to open his own roastery with production capacity of up to two hundred sacks per month. At this point any individual could start producing their own cup of Joe - making it an important step forward for small batch coffee production overall! A number of large grocery chains soon followed suit; Frys began carrying Roeder's beans in 1902 while Kroger introduced its own line of small-batch espresso machines in 1907. However, it wasn't until 1945 when Starbucks Corporation became involved with small batch coffee production – starting with their development of their original La Colombe machine! From there on out, Starbucks world domination ensued as all other caffeine retailers quickly copied their approach!

In 1904, Waycross was renamed Atlanta and soon became one of the most important cities in the country.
