Moultrie, Georgia is a small town located in Lumpkin County,Georgia. The community was founded in 1837 and has been home to coffee growers and roasters since that time. Moultrie Coffee has been around for over 50 years and continues to be one of the most popular brands in the area. Today, Moultrie Coffee is a family-owned business with multiple locations throughout Lumpkin County. The company offers a wide variety of coffee drinks including iced coffee, decaf coffee, espresso, and chai tea. In addition to its products, Moultrie Coffee also provides customers with an experienced staff who know how to serve delicious cups of Joe. Moultrie Coffee's history can be traced back to 1837 when John Wills founded JW Sons & Co., which later became known as Moultrie Coffee Incorporated. At first, John Wills only grew beans for his own consumption and sold them directly to local residents. However, over time, John decided it was more profitable to sell his beans through wholesalers in order to provide greater distribution options for his customers. In 1940, John passed away but left behind a legacy of success at Moultriescoffee Incorporated; along with his son Jack Wills who continues the business today as CEO/President/Crowley Family Trustee (Proprietor). The first location opened in 1938 on Highway 92 near Lumpkin College; this location operated until 1975 when the current facility was constructed on State Route 316 just east of town (now North Main Street). The original property included 12 acres that now contains 30+ buildings totaling approximately 100K square feet! In 1991-1992 JW Sons & CO acquired their present location on North Main Street which includes 10 acres that currently houses their corporate offices and retail space including 2 cafes – one serving cold brewed coffee each day! The new building also features a gift shop/, research lab/, education center/, brewing complex/, greenhouses/crop rotation barns/(JW Sons also operate 3 other stores)/. Today’s facilities are capable of producing up to 350lbs per hour of fresh grounds plus 1 tonne of wet processing capacity! This means that they can produce up to 6 cup mugs per minute utilizing two shifts! Needless to say we are very excited about our continued growth within this increasingly competitive industry!
When it comes to small batch coffee, there are a few things that everyone should keep in mind. First and foremost, small batches ensure that each cup of coffee is unique and tastes great. Additionally, smaller batches often use more specific beans and brewing techniques than largerbatch coffee. Finally, small batch coffee can be produced quickly and cost effectively. The best way to start your small batch coffee journey is by choosing the right beans for your recipe. There are a variety of bean types available including Ethiopian, Guatemalan, Colombian Santos and Arabicica. The most important thing when selecting these beans is to find something that you like and has a flavor you enjoy. Next, make sure to brew your coffee using the right amount of water and time. Too much or too little water will result in poor tasting coffee while too long will produce an over- roasted cup of java. Lastly, don’t forget about sanitation! Make sure all equipment is clean before beginning production as unclean hands can quickly spoil your coffee). Once you have selected the right beans and brewed with the correct amount of water/time/etc., it’s time to start making your own small batch espresso! This process can be easily accomplished with a standard espresso machine or even an electric drip brewer (though some people prefer manual drip machines because they give them a moreartisanal feeling). Simply place ground beans into the machine along with hot water (about 98 degrees Celsius), let them steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength has been achieved then filter through parchment paper using one size fits all methods - manual or automated - if desired pour-over method is desired final product should look something like this: If pour-over method chosen: Pour preheated milk mixture over grounds in appropriate mug; let steep for 3–5 minutes followed by filtering through parchment paper Remove excessMilk after strained steeping Time on human scale ranges from 60 seconds at room temperature up to 8 hours at 100% humidity
Moultrie coffee began as a small farmer's market in 1868 and has continued to be sold at the local store ever since. In 1906, Moultrie Coffee Company was founded by Augustus W. Hawkins and his wife Eliza. The company continues to produce high quality beans today.
Moultrie is a town in McIntosh County, Georgia, United States. The population was 1,691 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area. Moultrie has a post office and ZIP code 30343. The first Europeans to explore this area were two British Tories named John Marshall and James Cook in 1775. They sighted what they thought was an Indian encampment on July 24, 1775 while exploring the Bluff Creek region of present-day McIntosh County. Cook designated it as "Moultrie" after his friend Major General Robert Moultrie (1728-1805), who had served with them during the American Revolution as a colonel in the Continental Army and later as governor of Virginia. The town's original name may be connected with its location near the mouth of Macon River, which flows into Chattahoochee River about northwest of Moultrie. In 1802, when Georgia became a U.S. state, Moultrie was laid out as a municipality by act of Congress under the name "Moultrie Township". In 1827 it separate from McIntosh County to become its own municipality again under the name "Moultrie Township". On March 2nd, 1860, following other changes within McIntosh County caused by secession from Georgia due to political agitation over slavery (see Iuka massacre), MoultryTownship incorporated into McIntosh County once again effective October 15th 1860 In 1865 Cherokee Indians attacked settlers in what is now neighboring Douglasville; 10 men were killed and 20 others taken captive including six children before they were released unharmed on October 15th 1865 by order of Confederate Brigadier General Joseph Ewell (1815-1886)

Moultrie, Georgia is a small town in north-central Georgians. The population was 2,438 at the 2010 census. Moultrie is named after General James Moultrie and his family who settled in the area in 1802. The first post office was established in 1805, and the first store was built in 1827. In 1878, the opening of the railroad made Moultrie an important town with its own depot. Moultrie has a rich history that goes back to when it was founded by General James Moultrie and his family. They were pioneers who came to this area to clear land for a new home. The first post office was established on December 12, 1805, and they started trading out of their farmhouse until they had a store with room to sell goods on May 17th of that year. By 1830 there were 10 stores open in Moultrie, all selling items such as groceries, cloths, shoes, etcetera. One of these stores became known as the White House Store because it did most of its business from white areas up North before integration began here into black neighborhoods later on. In 1878, when railroads arrived in this area and began bringing traffic into town from all over Georgia (including Alabama), Moultrie became an important node within the community due to its location within easy reach by both passengers and freight alike. This allowed for more businesses to open up here which helped make Moultria one of the most prosperous towns around at that time; even surpassing some larger cities like Atlanta or Savannah! It wasn’t until 1955 when Interstate 25 bypassed Moultrie completely making it less accessible – but not before anotherBusinessman named Jimmy Carter donated $10 million dollars towards building a highway bypass through town so people could still access it today! Today though – despite having lost much of its former glory – Moultrieve retains some aspects that have made it an interesting place to live including its vibrant downtown district full of shopping galleries and boutiques as well as its diverse cultural scene which features music concerts throughout the year as well as art shows both large and small exhibitions! There are also plenty of events taking place throughout the summer months too like festivals or car races - all while keeping things fun for everyone involved!
