In 1903, the first post office was opened in Macon and began serving maga coffee as well as other local products. By 1915, there were four restaurants open throughout the city serving both macaroni and cheese with bacon or sausage on top, braised beef for lunch, pasta dishes such as carbonara or spaghetti Bolognese, pizza (made with ground beef instead of breadcrumbs), fried chicken (featuring Colonel Sanders’ trademark crispy skin), beer pong games (maga became known as “Pong†during this time), and soft drinks such as Coca-Cola or Pepsi. During World War II, many businesses closed due to rationing butmaga Coffee continued to be sold at most businesses until 1946 when it finally disappeared from Atlanta area stores after being banned by the NFL because of its caffeine content.

The history of Macon can be traced back to 1786 when Captain John Macon founded what would become Macon on a tract of land he had purchased from the Cherokee tribe. At first, there were only about 25 residents in what is now Macon. By 1819, there were over 175 residents and by 1830, more than 400 people lived in Macon proper! In 1839, Congressman James Kepner designed and built the first courthouse in Athens-Clarke County. In 1865, during Reconstruction following the American Civil War, General Oliver O’Neal set up his headquarters at Fort Hill near present day Chatham University in Macon for his military occupation while Cobb county was under Confederate rule. This gave new life to what was then simply known as "Macon." After General O’Neal's departure from Fort Hill in 1867, business activity revived with construction begun on numerous businesses including many stores and banks which remain today such as J C Penny & Co., Wells Fargo Bank & Trust Company and First National Bank Of Georgia! In 1870–71 an $8 million bond issue was issued to finance improvements to roads and bridges throughout Clarke County; this included maconing its first stoplight within 10 years! In 1902 voters passed a resolution authorizing annexation by Athens-Clarke County; this action made Macon an official town with its own government! However due to economic problems brought about by World War I – specificallySocketwood Mills –MacON became a cotton community again until 1922 when mill operations ceased due to economic conditions A post office established at maconing in 1923 continued service until discontinued in 1939; however mail continued arriving through Lawrenceville until 1954 When Interstate 85 bypassed central Georgia via Milledgeville it forced closure of all but one lane through central Atlanta so traffic could move fasterãªã®ã§ã€ãƒžã‚¯ãƒãƒ³ã®åœ°åŸŸã‚’代表ã™ã‚‹ã¨ã„ã†è¨€è‘‰ã¯ç„¡ããªã‚Šã¾ã—ãŸã€‚ From 1912 until 1966 schools were conducted outof doors using hoes or spades because no school buses ever came into town; students would walk or cycle to attend school! In 1966 high school graduated their last class withstanding against larger systems thanks largely to Mrs Hokom (now Mrs Goudreau) who spearheaded fundraising funds for technology upgrades that improved instruction opportunities as well as new athletic fields including soccer fields as well as tennis courts! Today not only do they offer excellent programs but also rich cultural experiences via arts festivals each year along with several musical events including apple pie weeklies!!!
