Generally speaking higher protein grades produce less Streamline & Bagged mud whereas lower grades produce more Crude Yield & Coarse texture like cow's milk grinders do!). Not all Coffee grinders perform equally however we would highly recommend using An American made burr grinder like The Koffee Bean Blender if seeking superior results (& We actually love using theirs too!) If you don't want extra finesse then a manual grinder such as an oldschool handMill may also be suitable depending on individual preference
