The Jacksonville Beach National Guard was organized on December 15, 1941. The organization was created to support the military during World War II and it has served in various capacities throughout the years. The organization is currently composed of over 1,000 individuals and they are responsible for providing security and protection to local businesses and residents. The Jacksonville Beach National Guard is one of the oldest organizations in Florida and it has been a part of the state since 1959. The guard's history can be traced back to when WWII began and many locals were drafted into the army. After the war, many people in Jacksonville decided that they wanted their own militia so they started recruiting members from all walks of life. By 1951, there were around 100 National Guardsmen active in Jacksonville Beach. During WWI, Jacksonville Beach was home to multiple naval stations which housed additional artillery, fighter planes, submarines and other equipment necessary for warfare on land or at sea. In 1945, these facilities were turned over to the United States Coast Guard as part of a larger deal that included demilitarization of American coastal towns along with an increase in security for US citizens living within those towns framework. In 1958, local businessmen formed what would become known as The Jaguars Business Association (JBA) with the goal of improving business opportunities for area residents through promotion of tourism products as well as increasing access to essential government services such as fire suppression system funding etcetera.. Through this association JBA became involved with night operations by alerting city officials about any major riots or disturbances taking place within walking distance outside their boundaries- essentially acting as a first responder should things get out of hand in town proper! As time went on JBA grew more involved with politics becoming more vocal against Miami-Dade County politicians who often ignored their interests while neglecting those close to them; eventually leading JBA into full blown political activism beginning with demonstrations outside county commissioners’ offices culminating in successful efforts to have then-Mayor Joe Carollo impeached! This level of activism caught up with JBA leader Bob Knight soon after his ouster from office amidst accusations he had received preferential treatment from county management- allegations which would ultimately be proven false but left much legacy behind including calls for Knight’s impeachment now that he’s long gone! Jacksonville Beach is located on the Atlantic City Peninsula in southeastern New Jersey. The population of Jacksonville Beach was 21,711 at the 2010 census. The name "Jacksonville" comes from James Jackson, a British general who fought in America during Confederation. He arrived in 1788 as part of an expedition led by General George Washington near what is now Jacksonville. The town was founded by John Nicholson in 1824 on account of his connections with General Jackson and because he could find no other place for development on this peninsula. The first store opened in 1825 and early settlers were mostly self-taught men who built their homes using local sandstone resources. The town rapidly expanded due to its natural resources and its status as a stop on stagecoach routes linking different parts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In 1855, Jacksonville became a city when it was granted incorporation by the state legislature. During World War II, Jacksonville caused some local damage when Japanese submarines bombed several warships off shore while they were being refueled at sea; however, it quickly recovered both physically and economically after that incident. The war also helped spur development around Jacksonville Beach as businesses sprang up that include hotels, casinos, auto repair shops, grocery stores., service stations., dentists., motels., shipyards., parkways., and golf courses-. In recent years there has been much growth within the city limits due to new developments such as apartment complexes,, shopping malls,, restaurants,,and office parks

For every five Americans killed in service during World War II(), one veteran received a $5 military check from Combat Infantrymen’s Memorial Fund Incorporated (CIMF). In 1951, President Harry S Truman presented General Dwight D Eisenhower with two Colt .45 pistols as part of his decorations for services leading Allied Forces against Nazi Germany during World War II - these were among the first guns ever given out as awards to members of the National Guard by any U.S. president! Today, nearly everyone across America has some connection to one or more pieces of military equipment or memorabilia related to their service within the National Guard or Reserve - whether it be using them currently when deployed overseas or keeping them locked up inside their home should something happen to their Ranger sergeant/squad leader/unit commander!
