Today, the company employs over 100 people and continues to roast beans on site using traditional methods including water heating and pressing into parchment paper. While some of the company's current products may be seen as outdated or modernized alternatives to those used by other roasters around the world, Delaware Coffee remains one of America's oldest and most respected contemporary coffee companies
