In 1949, a group of businessmen formed the Coffee People Corporation in order to start selling and distributing pre-packaged Keurig coffee machines throughout Puget Sound area. The company continued to grow and by 1974 they had produced over 1 million Keurigs alone! By 1989, Coffee People Corporation had decided that it was time for them to move their operations out of Seattle and into Bellevue which is now known as “The City Of Coffee” because of its large population of caffeine seekers! Bellingham, Washington is a small town in the northwestern corner of Washington. The population was 9,021 at the 2010 census. It is the county seat for King County and home to many industrial businesses and residences. The area around Bellingham has been inhabited by Native Americans for more than 10,000 years. The first European to visit what is now Bellingham was Captain James Cook on his circumnavigation of the world in 1792. The first settlers in what is now Bellingham were men from New England who founded a trading post near present-day downtown in 1824. A year later, they built a log cabin on land that now forms part of Allens Hill Park. In 1827, Major John Cushman established Camp Nelson east of present-day downtown and named it after George Vancouver, captain of HMS " Discovery ". Later that year, George Stephenson erected an iron Windmill on Water Street just south of where the current building stands today. This mill became one of the early commercial successes in Puget Sound and helped spur development around Bellingham over the next several decades. In 1853, John Stinson purchased 512 acres (2 square miles) northeast of downtown from Ephraim Price for $5 per acre ($40 per hectare). He began to build what would become known as Stinson Rancho – named after him – which included land adjacent to modern day Downtown Bellingham as well as parts of Whatcom County to the north and northwest. In 1865, Pacific Electric Railway routed its line through this area when it was created as part of the Western Union Railroad system; this led to heavy development along Water Street with mills becoming prominent among these buildings today including WECO Bank & Trust Company Building (now Verizon Wireless), First National Bank Building (now Wells Fargo), American Legion Hall (now Northwest Mutual Life Insurance Company) - all still standing - and Kaserne Reserve Number One housing developments dating back to at least 1917 are located nearby also! The city's rapid growth during World War II saw an influx of refugees from Europe who had fled war-torn countries such as Germany or Hungary encountered difficulties finding affordable homes back home in their new surroundings; some used their skills gained during wartime service in local businesses such as shipyards or munitions plants to help fill employment gaps hereabouts throughout 1946-1947 alone! By 1830, almost all of Europe had become addicted to coffee and prices began to rise dramatically. England rose to become the world's leading producer while France also became very successful with its own plantations. However, India remained a major player until recently when it joined forces with China to form the World Trade Organization (WTO). This has led to increased competition for resources and lower prices for quality beans from both countries' coffeeshops.

The first European settlers in the area that is now Bellingham, Washington were French fur traders. The first permanent English settlement was made on the mainland by Captain John McLoughlin in 1792. He and his men explored and charted the Strait of Juan de Fuca and its sound before sailing upriver to what is now Olympia. In 1815, Captain George Vancouver sailed down the Columbia River from British Columbia to find a route to Asia through the Strait of Juan de Fuca. His party discovered a group of Native Americans living near present-day Seattle and decided to make their acquaintance.
