Oklahoma's coast guard is one of the state's most important and important organizations. The Coast Guard was established in 1907, and it is now a part of the Oklahoma Department of Defense. Oklahoma is a state located in the Midwestern United States. It borders Kansas to the east, Texas to the south, and Arkansas to the west. The state is bordered by Missouri on the north, Oklahoma City on the east, Mexican states of Chihuahua and Sonora on the south, and New Mexico on the west. As of 2016, it had a population of 653,599. The first people who settled in what is now Oklahoma were Native American. They called this area Okmulgee because they found an omphalos (a type of fruit) there. The next group to arrive was European traders and settlers from Kentucky in 1819-20. They named this area Spanish for "place where thunder meets lightning." In 1836, Indian Removal Act forced all Native Americans living in present-day Oklahoma intoIndian Territory or else face death. Most of these natives moved into what is now eastern Kansas and western Texas before being pushed out by Ulysses S Grant's army in 1845-46. Oklahoma became a part of America through executive order in 1907 as part of Roosevelt's New Deal program. The fairgrounds that are now downtown Tulsa were founded then as part of President Woodrow Wilson's experiment with housing reservations for minorities near whites only Areas 1 & 3 which consisted mostly of Indians living near military bases outside Tulsa city limits while other areas were reserved for Whites only

Here is a look at some of the most famous Coast Guard gift history moments: 1) The first coast guard cutter was built in 1885 as part of the United States Navy’s effort to build a coastal defense system. 2) The National Harbor Commission gave the Coast Guard its first Cutter, NHC-5, in 1927. This vessel was used to patrol the waters around Washington D.C.. 3) In 1934, Congress authorized the construction of two more coast guard cutters – CGMS-1 and CGMS-2 – which were then placed into service by the Navy. These vessels were specifically designed to serve as aids and auxiliaries to marine police departments along America’s coasts. 4) The Coast Guard also received its first helicopter in 1959 when it acquired HC-1A from Bell Helicopter Corporation. This helicopter served until 1978 when it was replaced by HC-3B . 5) In 1983, Congress passed legislation authorizing the purchase of three new coast guard helicopters – AHU-1G (later AHU-6), MHU-60L(later MHU-65), and MHU-87H (later HC-130J). These helicopters would later be renamed Sea King helicopters after their incorporation into the Coast Guard fleet. 6) In 1995, President Bill Clinton presented CGAS “George Washington” to commemorate America’s first ambassador to Great Britain who served during World War II. this gift was made possible through a donation from British businessman John Lennon . 7) On July 14th, 2009, President Barack Obama presented CGAS “John F Kennedy Presidential Library & Museum” to honor America’s 35th president who had served twice as Commander in Chief of Homeland Security during his term from 2002 - 2008 including his tenure as President of Puerto Rico which coincided with hurricane season .8) On July 25th, 2014 Vice Admiral Michael Mears became acting Commandant effective August 1st following resignations due to sexual misconduct allegations against him

Oklahoma is a state in the Western United States. It borders Texas to the east and Colorado to the west, and its capital is Oklahoma City. The area that now makes up Oklahoma was first settled by Native American peoples as early as 6,000 years ago. The Caddo people were the first to permanent reside in what is now Oklahoma. In 1836, when it was part of Mexico, the Territory of Indian Territory included all of present-day Oklahoma except for parts of Wichita County and Muskogee County. On January 16, 1907, as a result of the US Statehood Act of 1907, Oklahoma became a US territory once again. On January 16th also occurred one of history's largest natural disasters when a magnitude 7.0 earthquake struck central OKmulgee Township killing 12 people and causing $2 million in damage. Although most residents managed to return home after this disaster, many small towns were destroyed which limited future development opportunities for Okmulgee. The last major conflict between Native Americans and settlers took place during World War II when Cherokee Nation forces attempted unsuccessfully to retake their ancestral lands from white farmers through guerrilla warfare tactics called "Operationaintimpetu". Following this conflict many reservations were created withinOklahoma making it difficult for any new settlers to establish themselves without prior tribal or reservation consent. The opening of Interstate 40 in 1959 allowed truckers and other traffic back on tribal territories allowing more economic development but also increased competition among tribes for land use rights along I-40 corridor creating tension among bands across regions throughout Indian Country In recent years there has been progress made with efforts by both states and tribes towards reconciliation including an agreement signed in November 2017 implementing guidelines designed to improve access to education opportunities for both Navajo Nation students attending public schools in Apache Junction, Arizona while also providing financial assistance for cultural heritage preservation on behalf of the tribe’s members residing within six Tribal districts located near Tulsa; these are: Creek Nation District 2 (west side of Tulsa), Fort Payne District 3 (east side of Tulsa), Kiowa Tribe District 4 (southwest corner near Royal Kelley Field Airport), Pawnee National Forest District 5 (northcentral corner near Vanderpool Dam), Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe District 6 (northwest corner at Anadarko). This deal came about due to concerns that school administrators had been leaking information aboutNavajo student enrollment plans online without properly verifying student eligibility thereby exposing students’ privacy rights as well as possible academic deficiencies within these districts . This issue has come under scrutiny since then because some Navajos have already left their schools due primarilyto lack educational opportunities available on their reservation compare favorably with those available on other reservations across Indian Country
