In 1927, the company relocated to its current location on Elm Street in the heart of the town. The name of the company changed over time, but it always remained connected to its origins as a roaster and seller of fresh roasted coffee. Erlanger is a small town in Kentucky, located on the Cumberland River. The population was 1,837 at the 2010 census. Erlanger is part of the Bowling Green metropolitan area. The community began as an agricultural village in 1872, when James Hennepin organized a group of settlers to purchase land on the river for growth. Erlanger grew quickly and by 1910 had a population of 2,519. In 1932, Erlanger became one of two communities within the new city of Bowling Green to be incorporated. The city annexed much of rural eastern Kentucky in 1957 and by that time, Erlanger's population had dropped below 1,000 people for only the second time since its founding. However, over recent years there has been renewed interest in Erlangers unique history and culture due to its location between two larger cities – not to mention its easy access to cultural attractions such as Bluegrass music festivals and antique shops – making it an attractive destination for tourists and residents alike.

Erlanger is a small town located in Butler County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. The first Europeans to visit Erlanger were French traders who landed there in 1692. In 1777, the British founded a post on the Ohio River near present-day Louisville. In 1801, Erlanger became part of Clay County and was known as "the mining town." In 1821, Erlanger became one of the original towns in Breathitt County when that territory was created from parts of Clay and Barbour counties. It had a population of 594 people when it incorporated as a city in 1872. From 1902 until 1932, Erlanger was also the seat of Butler County government. The latter year saw major changes with the creation of new counties including Wayne and Pike Counties which merged into Butler County; and Hardin and Letcher Counties which amalgamated into Knox County. A fire destroyed most of downtown Erlangen on December 15, 1931; however no injuries were reported as a result. The town's rebuilding began immediately with construction starting on what is now First National Bank building on Main Street just east of Court Street in 1933.
