After 10 minutes have passed, strain through a fine mesh strainer set overhang and drink immediately! If everything goes according to plan - no matter how many times you strain - give it another 5-10 minutes before serving hot!

Tinley Park is a small town in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 26,253 at the 2010 census. Tinley Park is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. Tinley Park is a developing community located on the southern edge of Chicago's city limits and bordered by Metra Electric Railway tracks to the east and west. It was founded in 1868 as a small farming village on land that had been donated by Amos Kendall and others in what is now Elmhurst Township. In 1902, Tinley Park became one of six townships within Cook County, Illinois to be organized into a municipality; it remained an unincorporated community until its annexation by Chicago in 1924. The village continued to be governed by a five-member board of trustees until 1959 when it was made an elected city with Mayor Emanuel as its first mayor. In 1998–2001, Tinley Park eliminated its semiannual fire festival which had become nationally known and drew hundreds of people each year due to the large crowds that often attended Independence Day parades there. The Stagg family held various titles in Tinley Park including being landowners for centuries before selling their holdings in 1868; they also represented the town at local government meetings from 1868 through 1903 when they were joined by George Washington Carver who served as township trustee from 1893 through 1902 despite being unable to attend township meetings because he was living elsewhere at the time. On September 14th 1907 President William McKinleys granddaughter Mary McKinney Stagg married John Hennigan (son of John Hennigan Sr.) at Our Lady Of Peace Catholic Church near Tinley Park after their engagement had been announced over two years earlier on July 3rd 1906 during McKinleys visit to Chicago while touring his home state of Texas where he had been governor since 1905. First settled there around 1830s settling mostly along Deerfield Road then moving farther into what is now Elmhurst Township with only 10 families remaining when it became part of Cook County although some trace back further still including one family who lived near what are now Midway Airport and Willis Road (now called Kedzie Avenue) back then according to early records both areas had dirt roads with tiny stores/campsites set up for fishing or hunting giving rise to later nickname "The Hunting Trails" givenatariously to Kedzie Avenue which curved southeast from Willis Road junction just south side Metra tracks leading out towards Racine Landing!
