Park Forest, Illinois is home to the largest and most diverse artisan coffee history in the Midwest. The city was founded by farmers in 1871 as a small farming community in central Illinois. By the early 1920s, Park Forest had become one of the most important coffee-growing towns in the United States. In 1925, Park Forest became part of Chicago and began producing its own coffee beans. Coffee's popularity increased throughout the 1930s and 1940s as World War II led to an increased demand for military bases withinChicagoand for fuelwood resources nearby. This prosperity led to a rise in prices for coffee and an increase in production at Park Forest's two main roasters, Mr. Coffee and Peet's Coffee Company. In 1969, Mr. Coffee merged with Keurig Inc., which made Park Forest one of the first cities throughout America to adopt Keurig brewing machines. The 1970s were a time of great change at Keurig as they transitioned from an American-made product to a global company. This transition led to larger production facilities and more variety within their products than ever before. In 1984, Peet's merged with Dutch coffee house Koffiehuis Amsterdam (KHA) which gave Park Forest its first professional espresso bar outside of Chicago. With these changes came new opportunities for growth for both companies and respectively their employees over the years; during this time period there were over 100 different job titles held by employees at both companies alone! Today, Park Forrest remains one of America’s leading artisan coffee communities with world-renowned roasters like Starbucks®, Dunkin' Donuts®, Caribou Coffee®, La Colombe® café & wine cellars making local pilgrimage or sourcing their beans direct from farmers around the world!

Park Forest is a town in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 9,501 at the 2010 census. It is located on the border of Cook and DuPage counties. Park Forest is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. The town was founded in 1879 by John H. Park and his wife Elizabeth Pemberton as a small community on the edge of what would become Park Forest Township. The first post office was established in 1880, and the first store opened in 1881. In 1884, the township was organized into a separate civil parish with its own government. In 1896, Park forest became an unincorporated community when it merged with neighboring Connersville to form Park Forest Township which still exists today as a separate municipality within Cook County. On July 1, 1959, all of Cook County was divided into ten independent municipalities which were then further subdivided into turn-of-the-century rural townships; Park Forest remained within one of these new townships until 1978 when it became an incorporated village again following approval from the county board of trustees. The original main shopping center for residents near current day Lakeview Shopping Center (now part of Sears) opened in 1957 and remains one of Loop's most popular destinations for retail shopping today despite being several blocks away from modern day downtown Chicago proper since that time (the original location has since been replaced by a smaller mall). Also nearby are two other large retailers: JCPenney and Macy's/Hobby Lobby which both closed their doors years ago but remain largely unchanged relative to their suburban surroundings - they are now used mostly as offices or parking lots for larger businesses adjacent to them instead (Macy's moved out full time some time ago). It should also be noted that prior to this date there were no public transportation options available within walking distance outside Loop or even across town so people generally relied upon car travel either inside or outside Chicago for most trips - this has all changed dramatically over recent decades with development along Elston Avenue making much more accessible via mass transit including frequent trains running through downtownChicago every few minutes (and better yet Tchoupitoulas Streetcar lines making it easy to get around even if you're not actually inside downtownChicago - check out my article about how Tchoupitoulas changes everything about getting around citycenter here). A Brief History of Artisan Coffee As coffee became more popular in the United States, it also became more popular around the world. In many places, people began to appreciate the unique flavor and quality of artisan coffee. As coffee prices increased, so too did the demand for high-quality beans. This led to a shift in how people viewed coffee as an art form. Now, people are more likely to appreciate and appreciate the hand-selected beans that go into their cup of espresso or Turkish black tea. The first mention of artisan coffee can be found in 1845 when a Frenchman named Francois Arago created Theobroma cacao (now known as Cacao) Beans. At this time, caffeine wasn't considered a common component in most coffees and was only used for German Weizens and Kaldi Bock beers (a type of beer made from roasted mallow). However, Arago's beans quickly gained popularity and were exported all over the world. By 1870, French importers had started importing even higher quality Arabica beans from Ethiopia with plans to produce their own unique blends. Eventually, specialty coffee shops popped up all over America due to the overwhelming demand for high-quality Italian roasts and Ethiopian grounds being available at low prices on eBay and other online platforms (eBay has become one of the largest sources for vintage/secondhand coffee). These early specialty cafes were often very small operations with just a few dozen customers who would come into town each day for their morning fix of espresso or Turkish black tea mixed with some local breads or fruits (and sometimes croissants). In 1975, Starbucks opened its first US store which helped spur interest in artisanal coffees among consumers who no longer had to travel across country search through multiple stores before finding what they were looking for. Today there are nearly 2 million Starbucks location worldwide making it one of the most ubiquitous self-serve cafes in history! The first coffeehouses were started in the late 18th century by Bostonians looking for a new way to socialize and connect. They would roast their own beans, sell them directly to their customers, and use local produce in their drinks. In the early 19th century, coffee began being exported to Europe and Asia. By the middle of the 20th century, espresso was becoming more popular than coffee itself as a morning drink in North America. Finally, in 1960, Starbucks opened its first location in Seattle. This innovative business model has since been copied by many other cafes across the world.

Park Forest is a small town in Northwestern Illinois that was founded in 1847. Park Forest is located on the banks of the Sangamon River and has a population of just over 500 residents today. Park Forest has been home to many residents who have played an important role in its history, including several mayors and a United States Senator. The town also contains several interesting landmarks, including the Park Forest Methodist Church and the Park Forest Schoolhouse.

On October 1, 1871, the first of what would become Park Forest was organized. The town was named for General George Armstrong Custer and his cavalry unit that fought in the Indian Wars. The general's remains were brought to Park Forest from Sweetwater County, Kansas, and buried there. The town was incorporated on November 15, 1871. In 1915, Park Forest became a part of the Chicago area when it was annexed by the city. In 1945, Park Forest became a separate municipality again when it merged with Byron Township.
