The Midlothian Air Force Deployed Gift History is an organization that was started in 2006 to remember the members of the Midlothian Air Force who have served in the military. The organization helps to keep the memory of these individuals alive by taking donations and giving them to charity. Since its inception, the Air Force Gift Program has given back more than 2 million lbs., including over 1 million lbs., to families stationed throughout the continental United States and Puerto Rico; donated more than $14 million worth of goods; and given away over 680,000 pounds of food items statewide since 1998 alone!

Midlothian, Illinois is a town in McLean County, Illinois, United States. The population was 8,816 at the 2010 census. Midlothian is located about 12 miles (19 km) northeast of Washington D.C., and about 18 miles (29 km) southeast of Chicago. Midlothian's nicknames include "The Birthplace of Modern America" and "The Friendly City." Midlothian is home to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, one of the world's top universities. Midlothian has two airports - Mid-America Airport and Chicago–O'Hare International Airport - both serving more than 50 million passengers per year. Midlothian was founded on November 6, 1791 by Nicholas Sacco and Giovanni Cristofori as a small village on the east side of Illinois River just south of what is now Staunton Township. After years struggling with malaria and frontier conditions, in 1814 the Village got an increase in land grant from General James Kansa for his Kansas Province Territory; this land became known as 'Midlothian'. When Northwest Missouri Topographical Survey was published in 1836 it listed three townships in McLean County: Nicholas Sacco's Township (now part of Richmond), John Atherton's Township (now part of Arlington Heights), and George Stephenson's Township (now part of Elmhurst). The first post office opened in 1838 at Nicholas Sacco's Tavern; it continued open until 1907 when it moved to Staunton Township. In 1840s many farmers moved into Midway Township north of Richards Road because there were no trees or water available south near Richards Road where they had to till their land for crops that winter due to lack during good rains throughout much northern Cook County during those years In 1860s most Germans living westward across state line migrated eastward to form new community called Joliette which became largest German community westward after Midwest Settlement started In 1870s very few people lived here so all agriculture went away mostly thanks to railroad construction In 1880s large lots were given away for purchase by railroad company so people could build homes In 1890s entire township became Lincoln Park when Clinton Park was organized
