At this location, they continued selling their high quality coffees under the name Dutch Coffee Services Ltd.. Wilton Manors is a town located in Duval County, Florida, United States. The population was 1,828 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Jacksonville metropolitan area. The town was founded by John Wilton in 1887 and named after him. It was incorporated as a village in 1912. The post office moved to Wilton from Stonington in 1914. In 1966, the village merged with neighboring Plantation to form the current city of Wilton Manors. Located on Miami-Dade County's southern border, Wilton Manors has access to many businesses and services that are not available in much of Greater Jacksonville or most other areas ofDuval County. This makes it a convenient place for people who want to live close to major urban centers but still have access to all the resources they need without having to leave their home base. According to the 2000 census,Wilton Manors has a population of 1,828 residents: 724 men and 511 women; 802 householders (92 percent); 176 business owners (14 percent). Coffee was then brought to America and Europe by sea. Coffee was first cultivated in Java, Indonesia and Africa. The Dutch began roasting their own coffee in 1653 and it became popularized by the English in 1740. Roasted coffee beans were exported from Holland to England, Scotland, France and other countries. In 1875, a café called Koffee Klasiek opened up in Rotterdam which is considered to be the first espresso shop in the Netherlands. In 1892, a company called George Speirs started importing ground fresh roasted coffee from Java for use as a tea Elixir. This led to the development of what is now known as espresso powder or grinds for brewing espresso drinks such as cappuccinos and lattes. One of the most significant moments in Fresh Roasted Coffee history came when Starbucks began buying whole bean coffees from small farmers around 1992-1993. At that time they were trying to find a way to distinguish their quality product from those produced by larger companies at lower prices point of view (i.e., Dunkin’ Donuts). They found that many small farmers did not have access to machinery or resources necessary for grinding large quantities of beans so they decided to buy whole bean coffees instead which allowed them greater control over each step during processing including roasting, shipping and packaging

Wilton Manors is a small town in Brevard County, Florida, United States. The population was 8,898 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee–Daytona Beach metropolitan area. Wilton Manor is one of two original towns in Brevard County and was chartered on July 16, 1868 by Governor John C. Calhoun from land donated by Captain William Willett and his wife Lucy Manors. The first post office at Wilton Manor was established on February 14, 1870. By 1875, the community had a hotel, schoolhouse and groceries store. In 1893, it had an opera house with seating for 500 people and 3 theaters (the First National Bank theater became the only theater to survive World War II). The first grocery store in town closed in 1978 due to competition from Walmart which opened nearby in 1984. A new grocery store opened in 2002 adjacent to Walmart after years of planning by local officials and developers In early 2016, plans were announced for a $145 million redevelopment project that would include over 200 residential units; 50 acres of commercial space; 5 basketball courts; 2 soccer fields; 4 tennis courts; 1 spa/pool complex; 3 golf courses; 2 lakeshore estates; and 1 large hospital site including a medical campus On October 25th 2017 it was announced that the development will be known as "The Villages" and will consist of 6 interconnected communities: North Village (including an apartment complex), East Village (including retail shops & restaurants), South Village (includes homesites with private pools/spas), West Village (includes homesites with public pools & spas), Garden Villages (includes single-family homes), Meadowlands (includes transient housing)
Wilton Manors, Florida was founded by the Wilton family in 1836. The original home of the Wilton family is now a museum and tourist attraction located in downtown Wiltonmanors. The manor has been used as a summer home by many famous people throughout its history, including Florida Governor Jeb Bush and President George W. Bush.
