After World War II ended, there was a need for new customers at The Sporting Goods Store so Mr. Sells decided to close his store permanently in 1951 due to dwindling sales and competition from other retailers in town! However, things didn’t end there; after Mr. Sells’ death new owners kept The Sporting Goods Store open until 1967 when it finally closed its doors forever! This is an interesting story because even though it had ceased business operation many times before, it always managed to stay open with a fervent community spirit! By 1912 he had erected a three-story brick cottage with wraparound verandah that cost $5,600 dollars; by 1918 he had added a fourth story and additions costing another $2 million brought his total budget up to $10 million! This included 1/4 mile (0.6 km) of beach frontage on acqua gris (clear water), making Harbourfront one of the most valuable real estate developments in America during its heyday before World War I destroyed much of Atlantic City’s commercial infrastructure and stopped development altogether between 1920 and 1940%. The first Nordstrom department store opened its doors in 1922 in what is now Midtown mall across from Harbourfront Centre complex; two years later Jens Jensen sold his half interest in Harbourfront to Harry Nordstrom for US$25 million becoming one of America’s major retail entrepreneurs during the Roaring Twenties!. The exclusive use rights to build palm trees near Nordstrom’s store gave rise to local nickname “Nordstrom’s Grove”..
