North Miami Beach is a town located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States. The population was 12,371 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Miami metropolitan area. North Miami Beach was established on August 29, 1926 as a result of the merger of two small towns, Bayfront and Midtown. The post office in North Miami Beach opened on October 1, 1926.
