Cup of Joe's Coffee was first opened in Hialeah, Florida in 1961 by the late Mr. Joe Linscott. The coffee house quickly became a popular stop for students and locals alike. Cup of Joe's continued to be a family owned and operated business until it closed its doors in 1984. It was then reopened as the third location of Bean 'N' Company Coffee shop chain in Hialeah, Inc. In 1992, the company moved from its original location to their current premises on Southwest Fourth Avenue inHialeah, FL. The coffee shop has remained open ever since and today is one of the most popular tourist destinations inHialeah, with over 1,500 customers per day!

Hialeah, Florida is a city located inbroward county, Florida. The population was 46,822 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Miami metropolitan area. The Hialeah Indian Mound is one of the most well-known archaeological sites in Southwest Florida and has been studied by archaeologists for centuries. The mound was first discovered in 1786 by Father José de la Cruz and it has been speculated that it may date back as many as 4,000 years. The site is now open to the public and offers a variety of exhibits about Native American life in South Florida. In 1824 Elisha Goodloe established what would become known as Goodloe's Store on Biscayne Boulevard near Northwest First Street in what is today Hialeah Gardens. Many people who lived or worked in Hialeah during this time are buried there including wealthy residents such as Asa Gray and John Pemberton Keyes Sr.. Goodloe's store closed its doors for good around 1875 but various remnants of his business remain today including an alley between Northeast Second Street and Northeast Third Street which once housed his stores' delivery vehicles; Goodloe also built a small addition to his store that still stands today on NW First Street adjacent to Pineapple Hospital

Hialeah, Florida is a metropolis located in the Miami-Dade County region of South Florida. It is the largest city in Miami-Dade County and has a population of over 202,000 as of 2010. The city was founded on April 2, 1896 by Pietro Carlini and his wife Lina Hialeah. The first store in the city was opened by Lorenzo Ponzi. After World War II, Hialeah grew rapidly due to its location at I-95 and its connection to the military base at Fort Lauderdale Airport. In 1990, Hialeah became one of the original cities in South Florida when it joined Miami Beach as part of the metropolitan area known as "The City Beautiful". Hialeah's history can be traced back to 1847 when Spanish landowner Don Josef Gomez de la Vega sold 4 square miles (10 km²) of what is now called Hialeah on present day Brickell Boulevard to Captain John A. Dyer for $500 On October 12th, 1892, Pietro Carlini purchased 4 square miles (10 km²) of land from Dyer for $2,000 In 1896, two brothers named Luigi and Antonio Fortunato bought 8 square miles (20 km²) from José A. Ramos y Ramos for $5 per acre In 1912, Giovanni Chinetti donated 12 acres (4900 m²) to support education in Cudahy Park which would become home to several schools including Hollywood High School and LaGuardia Elementary School On November 16th 1920 Hurricane digestion destroyed much of downtown with only about 100 residents remaining within hours after hitting shorelines minutes later
In 1835, Hialeah was founded by Major James K. Polk and Captain David S. Porter as a small community in the Miami Valley. The area now known as Hialeah was part of Indian Territory at the time and its only inhabitant was Chief Manuel de Cervantes, who had fled to Florida from Mexico after the Mexican War. It wasn't until 1838 that American investors arrived in search of land to develop for cattle and citrus production, and they named their new town after President James K. Polk's brother-in-law, General Andrew Johnson. The first store opened in 1839 at what is now Dadeland Avenue and Coconut Grove Boulevard. In 1840, a post office was established here with the name of "Hialeah". A year later, Hialeah became a city with its own government when it annexed territory from Miami Township on March 1, 1845. The first mayor was Lorenzo Thomas Price (1840-1846). The cotton industry soon came to dominate Hialeah's economy; during this time it also became one of the most important slave markets in America because of its location near the Gulf Coast and its ability to ship goods long distances without being blocked by U.S.-controlled ports or blockade runners like Jamaicans who preyed on enslaved Africans trying to escape across the ocean. In 1861, Confederate forces burned down many businesses in downtown Hialeah while besieging Fort Harrison; this event is generally considered to be one of the turning points in Florida's secession from the United States over acts such as these that helped spark military conflict between pro-Unionists and secessionists throughout much of southern Florida during 1861-1865... In 1865, following Union victories at Vicksburg (July 1863) and Chattanooga (January 1764), Reconstruction began in Florida under Military Governor John Sprague into which many African Americans were transferred including Mayor Price who resigned on October 3rd due to economic problems caused by emancipation policies implemented by Sprague... After Sprague's death on November 12th 1865 Hurricane Agnes destroyed much of South Florida leaving few survivors... On January 6th 1870 Mayor Price returned from exile to resume his position effective February 1st 1870... On January 25th 1870 Mayor Price died suddenly due to an illness contracted while exiled
