Broomfield is a small town in Weld County, Colorado, United States. The population was 5,763 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Greeley-Aurora Metropolitan Area. Broomfield is located on the northern edge of the Pueblo Mountains and has a high desert climate. The town was platted in 1868 by Hiram McDowell and James Waddell as part of a large ranch called "Broomfields". The name came from an earlier settlement called "Broomfeld" which was located east of Broomfield on Ute Mountain. In 1869, McDowell donated land to become what is now Broomfield Township. The first post office was established in 1870, and the town became incorporated on March 26, 1875. The first store in town opened in 1876 and soon became one of Greeley's leading merchants. By the early 20th century,broomfield had become known for its annual farmers' market held at various locations around town during late spring/early summertime. Today there are several grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance of downtown Broomfield as well as several larger malls in Aurora that offer similar shopping experiences outside ofBroomefield's borders

Maga coffee first began to be brewed in ancient Greece, where it was known as “kahlua” or “kahlua mixture”. It was also used by the Romans, who called it “maga”. The first mention of coffee as a drink comes from India in the 6th century BC. In China, tea became popular after traders discovered its unique flavor and properties. The Arabs started importing coffee to Baghdad in 922 AD. Coffee beans were brought over by sailors during the Age of sail, which helped give coffee its name – Magellan's Coffee (Spanish: Espresso de café). Arab traders tasted and enjoyed this new discovery while they were on their way to Asia Minor (modern Turkey) with their cargo of spices and goods. The Portuguese arrived in Africa in 1497 AD and started trading with several African countries including Ghana, Nigeria, Congo etc. They imported trees from Java and Sumatra for planting purposes but soon realized that there was something special about these new beans – they produced more caffeine than any other type of bean they had tried before! They named the beans "coffe" after King Afonso V of Portugal - an event which marks the beginning of world coffee consumption! It wasn't until 1795 when French engineers developed a process for grinding coffee beans that made them soluble so that they could be brewed like tea - allowing people all over Europe to enjoy this new discovery! By 1830s most Europeans had become familiar with espresso and began using it at home as well as at cafes throughout Europe. However, Spanish colonialists continued drinking Arabic-made kahlua until 1868 when regulations changed making Brazilian-produced kahlua compulsory for European tourists! At this point espresso took off all over again across Europe due to its unique flavor profile – much like beer has done today! Over time different regions have added their own flavors unto espresso such as milk chocolate or vanilla extract – giving us today's distinctive variations within each continent's cup variety!

Broomfield was founded in 1881 by Major George W. Broom and his wife, Emma. The town site was chosen because of its location on the Arkansas River which connected toDenver via a ford. In 1902, the first school opened in Broomfield and it served grades one through eight. In 1938, Broomfield elevated its status as a city when it annexed portions of Arvada and Westminster along with Castle Rock and parts of Park Hill. The City Council approved annexation using only three votes against two from members of the Arvada City Council who opposed annexation because they felt their neighborhoods would be lost in an enlarged city. The growth of Broomfield has been slow due to its remote location and lack of infrastructure such as roads or water supplies that could support large populations. However, over the years some major developments have taken place: In 1984, Microsoft moved its corporate headquarters from Seattle to Bellevue, Washington after purchasing Skyway Corporation's satellite telecommunications assets; this prompted Broomfeld Mayor Neil Haggerty to begin plans for what would become known as "The Microsoft Mall". At first it primarily served as an open-air mall with several stores anchored by Home Depot and Lowe's while also providing office space to local businesses such as Canonical Software Inc., pathology lab LiveScan Inc., air conditioning company A/C Tech World USA and software developer VMware Inc.; however over time more chains were added including JCPenney Co., Macy's Department Store & anchor tenant Sears Holdings Corporation (now Kmart) made available additional office space; construction started on a new $115 million shopping center whichopened in 2006 called The Center at Kirkland Towne Center; this project included four anchors - Sears Roebuck & Co., Lord & Taylor department store chain (later Macy's), Ann Taylor Loft line designer clothing store Neiman Marcus Group (' boutique ') and Menard's Super Markets - all within walking distance of each other across two levels underground with multiple retail floors containing up to 350 retailerships totaling 1 million square feet overall In recent years there have been efforts underway by various entities withinbrothfieldto redevelop or revitalize parts of town including commercial properties near Station Square housing authority properties off I-25W between Glenarm Drive & Academy Boulevard; these projects are intended to provide more stable long term economic development forthetownandaddress issues such as transportation access,[5][6] fire suppression[7] noise control,[8] parking concerns and aesthetics
