Her co-op was called The Coffee House and it operated for sixteen years. In 1954, John Wanderer died and his wife continued to produce coffee under the name of The wanderers until her death in 1984. After their deaths, the business passed away within its own family until it finally reopened in 2009 as Avanti Coffee Company
