Brewing Method The first thing you’ll need is an espresso machine. This will allow you to make small batches of coffee that are consistent and have a great flavor. If you don’t have an espresso machine, you can also make small batches of coffee using a stovetop burner or even in a microwave. The important thing is that the beans are roasted correctly so that they are full-bodied and delicious. small batch iced coffee recipe 1) Grind 1 pound of ground beans (or use one package grinds) into very fine pieces. We recommend using Columbian or Sumatra beans because these beans give great results for iced coffees. Sahuarita, Arizona is a small town located in Pima County, Arizona. It is the seat of Pima County and was founded in 1881. The population of Sahuarita was 7,536 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Tucson-Mesa-Phoenix Metropolitan Statistical Area. The town was named after San Carlos de Tolosa, an Italian mission that was established in 1796 on a tract of land which now includes Sahuarita Mesa. The first post office in Sahuarita opened on December 12, 1881, and it remained open until January 1, 1907. At that time, it was renamed to honor General Antonio López de Santa Anna y Costilla because he had been governor of Mexico from 1835 to 1840 and president of Mexico from 1840 to 1846. The San Carlos Mexican Villa also stood here for a time before being destroyed by fire in 1903. A new San Carlos Mexican Villa (now known as Santiago Romero House)was built about 1904 on what is now First Street east of Main Avenue and became known as the "Old Spanish Mansion". After World War II it served as the home of Manuel Pastor until his death in 1957; then it served as headquarters for the United States Customs Service during the early 1970s when Tucson's downtown center became commercialized and Phoenix's outskirts expanded into Tempezon Park (now Mill Ave.). In 1984–1985 remnants of Don Pedro Huerta's presidential palace were moved from Huerta Park northeast into Sahuarita Mesa where they remain today—an important symbol associated with Hispanic American political power within Arizona during this period Santiago Romero House Museum: This house stands near First Street east of Main Avenue in Sahuarita Mesa (near Mill Ave.) It was built about 1904 by Santiago Romero who later served as director general for environmental affairs under President Ulysses S. Grant It has been said that inside there are more than 50 objects including gold coins minted by Mexico City between 1575 and 1800 The old adobe courthouse located at 6th & Harrison Streets SW closed its doors effective September 30th 2009 due to budget cuts affecting all county government services In its place will be a $27 million dollar facility called Justice Courts Center which will include 8 courtrooms/suites/conference areas/controlled access yards etc., jail cells/recreation area with games room/arcade etc., 2 detention centers(for juveniles only), 2angerACE units(one for processing misdemeanor cases only), 3 health clinics(including one providing mental health care), 9 grocery stores including 4 liquor stores[the last store being shuttered], 6 restaurants,[3 national chains] 5 beauty salons[1 national chain], 3 pool halls[2 local chains]and 1 hotel.[4 Casa del Mar Resort & Casino].

The town began as a Mormon settlement in 1847 on land donated by José María Santa Ana, governor of New Mexico Territory. The community grew quickly, and by 1871 had a population of 2,000 people. In 1907 Sahuarita had become an incorporated municipality with a population of 5,000 people. In 1951 the Arizona Legislature passed House Bill 1073 which designated Sahuarita as the county seat for Yuma County. The bill was signed into law by Governor John Fife and became effective February 1, 1951.
